chocolate cake: 1/2 l flower, a bit of baking powder, a tiny bit of salt, a half liter of sugar, 4 table spoons of pure cacao, mix it all together, 1l cow milk, mix, and then put it in the oven.
1 ovenproof pan
3-4 large apples
100 g sugar
1 tsp vanilla extract
1 pinch of salt
100 ml calvados, alternatively apple juice
30 g butter, vegan
1 packet fresh puff pastry, vegan
Peel the apples, remove the core and cut into wedges.
Place the sugar, vanilla extract and Calvados in an ovenproof pan and caramelise until a viscous sauce forms.
Add the apple slices to the caramelised sauce in the pan and cook for a few minutes until they soften. Then spread the apples evenly in the pan.
Spread the vegan butter over the apples, place the puff pastry over the apples and press down a little on the sides.
Bake the tarte tatin for 20 - 25 minutes at 200Β°C in the preheated oven until golden brown.
Remove from the oven. Use a knife to loosen the edges of the pastry from the pan. Place a large plate on the pan and turn the apple tart over with a quick twist.
Enjoy warm π

Hey yue, does the recipe work if with average broccoli?
I dont know we never tried with normal broccoli!! But you can change for choy sum if you prefer that more than kai lan!! π You can buy that in oriental supermarkets but i dont know if you have that also in Italy. ππ
yes yue we have a lot of asian and chinese shops. big ones too. so i guess, i just eat more broccoli in my household rather than choy sum or kai lan. huge fan of kai lan, prefer it to choy sum,

Yes we too so i made the recipe for kai lan!! π But we also change or it is always the same. π I like it if the kai lan is not TOO soft so it is better texture so it must not be soft like soup!! ππ
it is not ready yet. it still has to go in the panini grill. supplies. chicken fillet, red pepper green pepper, tomato, onion and herbs. everything is cut into small pieces. then fry the chicken fillet in a little olive oil then add the herbs. then the vegetables. when everything is cooked you have to take durum paper and cut it in half. in both halves add a large dollop of the chicken mixture and some gruyere cheese then fold it nicely into a triangle. ready for the grill. tasty
