A lot of my friends call me either by name, or variations of "Gay man" or "Twink" lol, I don't really mind because ik it's not in a mean way. 🙂

Songs at the top of my liked playlist rn include Billie Eilish, Ariana Grande, beabadoobee, Conan Gray, Sombr and Lorde in no specific order.

The instrument I play is actually my vocal cords, I'm in two choir classes at my HS.

Sleeping, really good at that.

I also really like hanging with my friends although I don't do it a lot.

If we're talking Non-Extracurricular classes, I would have to say US History. I thought seeing the ways this country ran away, stole and pointlessly fought lol

I am not in a relationship, But there's this guy in orchestra that recently, after one of the combined choir/orchestra concerts, said that he thought I did really good (i did not). And I don't think he said it to anyone else. So I can't tell if i'm being delusional or it was actually something aaaaaaaaa 😭😫

1. I was called "Doggie pooping" since in Chinese the name "Douglas" sounds like "Dog poops". I was also called "Gaode map", which is an online map in China because my last name is Gao.

2. Musical theatre all along. Also Renee Rapp and Sabrina Carpenter. I play piano.

3. Playing piano, going to theatre and watching Youtube.

4. In my previous high school it has to be DRAMAMAMAMA. I'm so sad that I was not able to select theatre courses after I transferred this year. Probably civil law now.

7. I'm aro-ace. 🧡💛🤍💙💜 (which means I don't want romantic or sexual connection with other people, at least right now)

Thanks everybody very much for writing!! ❤️​🧡​⭐​💙​💜​ I was not online yesterday and when i saw the forum i was like 😳😳😳 I did not expect so many answers but i think it is also very nice to read abt everybody and you get to know each other better this way!! 😛 Anybody can post answers or new questions who likes it.

And these are my answers of the questions:

1️⃣ Do you have a nickname that friends gave you and if yes what is it?

I have a lot of nicknames but the most are bc i am short so they call me for example penguin bc if i have my bag it is super heavy and they say i walk like it or turtle bc of the look with the big round on your back. And one person says Yeah instead of Yue and my friend called me pencil in Dutch but in short way bc im bit skinny she thinks. But it is all not bullying but just to tease bit so i dont think it is bad really.

2️⃣ What is your favourite type of music? And can you play music yourself?

It used to be kpop but now i listen mostly to lofi which i also said earlier. But just like background. And i like yt playlists of for example Yiruma. And i can play piano but dont do that every day.

3️⃣ What are your 3 biggest hobbies?

Talking but only if im really close and feel comfortable like with family and really good friends. And also going to museums with my mom and sometimes my aunt too who also likes it a lot. And i like cooking but only if i really know what to do so not like you improvise it which others do bc i feel not comfortable abt that but i prefer just with text and you follow it.

4️⃣ What is your favourite subject in school or maybe university? (or was if you finished it already)

For me history and art history. The last i have since this year. But i have highest grades for exact subjects like chem and phys.

5️⃣ What do you like to talk about the most online or with friends irl?

Abt everything and it is bit different between online friends and friends irl bc most of my friends from school or from sports or who live here are mostly bit similar like me but here i have friends who are really different and are from other countries or much older or who have really different hobbies and things they think of. So that is really nice but also really different.

6️⃣ What talent do you have that ppl dont really expect?

Daydreaming that you stare outside even in class and smb sees it and you have no idea what class is about for example or what ppl say if they talk to you. And i have talent to FALL against things or against other persons. But that is often my mistake if you are distracted or just make a mistake and bump against something like a table or other stuff.

7️⃣ Do you have a relationship or a mega crush at the moment?

I dont have a relationship. And not really mega crush.

8️⃣ Do you do sports or other things in your free time?

Ballet class (but only classical not modern or jazz ballet), babysitting (two times in the week), reading and writing but only really when i am home, cooking, playing piano, going to museums or shopping, watching series on Netflix or Viki and helping cooking.

9️⃣ What is your favourite kind of outfit when you are OUT and when you are at HOME?

At home normally something comfortable like now if it is really cold smt warm like hoodie and leggings or pjamapants in morning. 🔟 What is your life motto?

Smile no matter what happens and be like rainbow confetti bc your day will become like that (at least often). So you have to be positive when you can and also calm and patient.
