I play piano but now not so often anymore and sometimes that is really depressing bc i could play both classical and also just like pop songs super easily but now you REALLY can also forget stuff and really have to think abt it again and that is super frustrating i think. But if you have time of course you can learn it again super fast but it is difficult to do that EVERY week and that you dont have enough time for it. wbu?

Well, I was never that good with guitar, because I was quite short so my hands and fingers were small to play in a decent way. I preferred guitar over piano beause it was easier to bring a guitar wherever you wanted and because I could play softly so as not to disturb the others 🙂

I can help with cooking but i only do that if i have like recipe that you do exactly what it says or if my mom says what you have to do. Sometimes i think that is really difficult and you can now show it to others so they think you are super calm but really you are NOTTT and they just dont know it. But i think it is really difficult too sometimes.

In critical or emergency situations, when it’s normal to panic and lose your head, I switch into “survival mode”: cool-headed and rational. That way I can be of help even to those who have absolutely no calm at all. Maybe it’s the adrenaline, I don’t even know myself. But when everything is over, when everything goes back to normal and everyone is calm again, that’s the moment when I fall apart. And I make an even bigger scene than the people I was with before. 😂

I really like what you wrote @Fanny0607!!!! And it sounds really good if you can do that but it is not easy i think to do that suddenly. Do you maybe learn that with yoga or meditation bc that can also really help you to get calm and also for breathing exercises.
