If you have itchy feet: you can scratch but you will laugh like a giggly panda bear! 🐼 Or you can keep the itch but you will hop around like a crazy monkey! 🙈
It is a real problem and difficult to solve! 😛
In arabic we say( kama toedien toedaan )it means do good and good come back to you will you do evil it will come back to you to its like jarma
I think that is the same in Dutch! We say a proverb:

It means: who does good gets good. 🙂

I think that you are right @-Kiki-, but i think that the person who made the quote was telling a joke about some people who say too much weird things because i think it is right that you should be able to speak but sometimes people speak TOO much and others cant speak. But i dont know if he meant it as a joke or was serious. 🙂
