πŸ€·β€β™€οΈπŸ§™β€β™‚οΈ True or false? πŸ™„β“ Anything and everything

I don't think it should be obliged. Everyone should be able to choose whether they want their children or themselves to be vaccinated. Not everyone does it out of religion, others inform themselves with several articles and multiple sources, and not only the regular ones you always see. Also, you can't really know exactly what's in a vaccin, so people should be able to decide themselves what they want to have injected into their bodies. No one should be able to force anyone to do so.
Vaccinations are a very vexed topic. Everyone can make their own free decision about them. But if the decision depends on what someone sees in videos on YouTube or TikTok, then the decision is wrong. The fact that vaccinations are often criticized by fascist party circles should make you sit up and take notice. At the same time, theories are being put forward which simply spread false information. Because of this false information, cases of measles or even diphtheria keep occurring in Germany. These are diseases that were thought to have been eradicated thanks to vaccinations. @-Kiki-, we know 100% what is contained in vaccinations.

Who's "we" though? Can you give me a specific list of every ingredient and percentage there is in every vaccin? No, you can't.

But @-Kiki- for measles and pocks i think that they are proved that they help stop it. So babies that died were all unvaccinated. I dont mean Corona just these other two.

And I understand what you said that people cannot be obliged to take the vaccins. I also agree with that. It is not an obligation for any vaccin. But a kindergarten may say if there are too many that are unvaccinated like 70% that only vaccinated children may come. I think that is also allowed. So people can decide if the have the vaccins, but others may also decide if they are ok with that if the risks are too high like happened. Do you agree with that? Thank you!!! Dankjewel!! πŸ™‚

Now it is time for a new statement and I am curious what you think about it. But I was a bit afraid to put the statement on the forum because people will think that I always agree with the statement 100% and that is not always true. 😬😬 I just try to get the statements from my society class or online or when I hear something on tv and want to share it here.

So this statement I heard this week on Dutch tv:

➑️ People who want to immigrate but are denied can be placed in other countries until their home countries say they can come back.

Some countries in Europe now talk with countries in for example Africa to take immigrants who are denied. So they stay in those countries until they can travel back to their home country. I think on every continent immigration is a debate right? So I am curious what people think about this.

For my opinion: I am not sure. It is at least a big NOOO if the country they go to is unsafe. But if it is safe it is maybe different. Of course I do not think that immigration is bad. If a refugee is unsafe in their country, I think we should protect them!! But I now mean like on the news: so people who come to other countries but cant get a visa and have to go back.

What do you think about the statement? Do you think it is true βœ… or false ❌?

This is not really the process: illegals who are caught by the police are sent to a third party place (in this case an African country) so their refugee status can be processed from there. If they get accepted, they can legally come to Europe, otherwise they presumably need to go back to their home country.

It is a noble cause to be willing to accept those who seek a better life. However we need to know the numbers of what we're facing:
- 1/3 of Africa alone say they would love to live in Europe: the overwhelming majority of Africans having standards of living much below ours. Africa has a population of 1.5B people. Now do you still consider it is your duty to welcome 500 million people?
- It's a fact that many countries in the world are unsafe. But if you're accepting people from unsafe countries, you are also importing criminals from there thus increasing criminality in your own home (Dutch women statistically being the first victims). If you have Twitter, I highly encourage you to skim through this thread. Long story short, immigrants from non Western countries are up to 5 times more likely to commit crimes.

I personally support the refugee status, however a refugee should be someone of importance who is facing a death sentence or life in imprisonment for opposing their government (such as Julian Assange, AlexeΓ― Navalny, or Edward Snowden). A refugee shouldn't be a random person crossing the border just because the grass is greener on the other side, just like you probably wouldn't invite yourself to your neighbor's house just because it's seemingly better than yours. We are losing common sense at a rapid pace πŸ™

For this forum sorry im not going to share my answer 😊

Thank you very much @Etienne for your answer!! πŸ™πŸ™ Merci beaucoup!! πŸ™‚ I did not know the first part that is a mistake. I thought that they would go to for example Uganda if they did not get the visa. But I did not know it happened before that. But in the news they said that with Uganda they are talking about it. So that does not happen yet. I dont know about other countries in Europe if they have that kind of deal now but they do think about it right?

And with refugee I only mean people who for example can be killed because they protested against a dictator or for example someone who is a Christian or Muslim and he gets killed in another country because of that religion. So really people who are unsafe.

In my country there have been a lot of problems with refugee centers. Sorry I dont know the correct word in English. But there are the immigrants and there is not enough space and there are a LOTTT of problems. And also crimes yes because that is a lot on the news.

But I think also in other areas in the world this is a big discussion right. I think in America too?? And maybe Australia and also in Asia I think. πŸ™„πŸ™„

I dont know about other countries in Europe if they have that kind of deal now but they do think about it right?

Yes, I think the UK paved the way with Rwanda, and Italy has done the same thing with Albania. France won't do it. This seems like a weird process but the reason why countries do this is because EU laws prevent countries from kicking out illegals, which is wild.

And with refugee I only mean people who for example can be killed because they protested against a dictator or for example someone who is a Christian or Muslim and he gets killed in another country because of that religion. So really people who are unsafe.

Yes, Christians and homosexuals for instance face great risks. But the elephant in the room is that illegals claim they are being persecuted just so that they are eligible for asylum. It's impossible to verify, which is a huge flaw in the system. Some migrants are also these very same persecutors that we're importing.

America has a big problem too. Australia not so much: they don't accept asylum seekers. Asia, I'm not sure! This is mostly a problem for Western countries

The Italian government's plan to send migrants to centers built in Albania has already failed because the judiciary has opposed it. The issue of immigration divides Italians and Italian political forces. As usual. We Italians are very good at causing confusion. It's a very difficult topic. Finding a solution is impossible at least for Italy. There are Italians who would like to throw all the migrants into the sea and would like to chase away all the foreign people living in Italy. Other Italians would like to welcome everyone. I can't get a balanced ideaπŸ€”

First and foremost, congratulations for a delicate but beautiful topic. At first I wasn't going to answer because I find that difficult.
look at sending back migrants who are staying illegally in the country and are only here to commit robberies and drugs and rape and murder people, yes these can be sent back immediately but the people who are really in need who can come. look what is happening everywhere in the world, wouldn't you be happy that you can flee at all, know that if you stay you will be raped or murdered. I haven't slept well for 1 year with what happened in Palestine, they had nowhere to go. but there must be a stop because there are certainly too many from Africa who only come here out of necessity for money. they usually end up in countries like Morocco or Italy where they become pickpockets or are beaten. it is and remains difficult in the past when I was younger I said everyone is allowed in, now as I get older I realize that not everyone who flees has good intentions

Yet Africa is a continent that has many riches but the population does not even get crumbs. People fleeing Africa pay huge sums to mafia organizations who promise them a trip to Europe. Many people sell everything they have or go into debt to come to Europe. But in Africa there are those who are even worse off than them. For example, the inhabitants of some areas of East Africa where there have been wars and famines for many years. They do not have the physical and economic strength to leave for Europe. Those arriving in Italy want to continue their journey towards France, Germany and Northern Europe. Our cities are full of African boys wandering aimlessly, stuck here without hope. I have met many, polite and good ones. Unfortunately, some become criminals, prostitute themselves, or do bad things. Mr. Zelensky shouts: Give me your weapons! But no one hears Africa's cry.

Thank you very much @Etienne, @Pennarossa2024 and @Fleurke!! I am really very happy that everybody can say what they think without a problem even if it is about so difficult topics!! I was not sure if I should post this statement and yesterday about the vaccinations but i think we can discuss ANYTHING if everybody respects each other and than it is not a problem. At least i think that and i hope others too. πŸ™„πŸ™„

I dont know exactly what I think because i want to think more about it. And what you all said is very nice because that helps if people want to understand what they believe and wish. That is all i wanted with this forum and I hope that is ok. πŸ™‚

I know @Pennarossa2024 you know I once saw a report of refugees in Italy and I cried so many men, women and children, some of them the same age as my children, who have to prostitute them or sell drugs and then they become addicted to it themselves instead of waging war everywhere and making billions to earn by stealing raw materials from poor countries, they would better use the money to give people the same rights as we get, for example health insurance, good education, work, living wages, etc. then there would be much fewer refugees

@Fleurke The powerful people of this world (who are these people?) are not interested in these problems. For them it is important that the world continues like this, with this system based on consumerism: producing, earning, polluting, making people die of diseases caused by pollution or making them die in wars, leaving those who do not have a crumb of bread to starve.
