Hello everybody! 😊😇 It is ALMOSTTT summer so let's talk about nice summer food & drinks!! 🙂

Questions:

1️⃣ Which sorbet ice cream 🍧🍨 does not exist yet but would be very nice this summer (for example cherry tomato ice cream 🍅 or carrot/cucumber 🥕🥒-mix sorbet)?

2️⃣ Are you a BBQ master? 🏆🥇 What kind of things do you like from a BBQ? 🥓🫑🌶️🥩🍗 If you are a BBQ master: what is the best tip to know? 🙄🙄

3️⃣ It is 35 degrees outside and you feel like you are in an oven!!! 🌞🌞🌞🌈 What is the best drink to cool off? 🧋🍹🍸

4️⃣ You can design a NEW pizza on vacation in Italy! 😛 What will you put on your pizza? 🍕🍕

5️⃣ What is the most special dish you EVERRRR ate on a summer vacation? Like scorpion and grasshopper salad 🦗🦂🥗 or maybe blue burgers with purple fries? 🍔💙🍟💜 Or something else special that you never ate before? 🍽️ And can you eat with chopsticks? 🥢🥢

All the good things already exist. Fruit sorbet is very good, so maybe a mix of mango, raspberry, blueberry, coconut, and pineapple? I don't know if that's a good mix though.

I don't know. Food is good, except when it's not. So I don't know how to answer this.

Water with ice cubes in it. Or slushies made by my mother.

Tomato sauce, Canadian cheese(one of the only cheeses I like... raw? Not in a recipe, I mean), mozzarella, cheddar(not strong though). And let's not forget the cheese in the crust because that's so good(mozzarella again)

I don't travel a lot and I stick to foods I'm used to, so there's nothing special. The most special thing I ate on a trip is Dunkin' Donuts, since there aren't any of those in Canada.

1 for me the only one is (wich allready exists) Straciatella.

2 im not a bbq master, but i would defently put goat on it.

3 a frigerator full of sparkling water.

Thinking at point 2: The barbacue: I love to grill onions 🧅 and peppers 🫑! This was the traditional streetfood in Sicily, when I lived there as a student in 1999😃….the grilled onions and peppers are cut and you serve it with oil, vinegar and some herbs 🌿 you can eat the dish with bread and red wine or beer or the grilled vegetables can be a second dish with grilled meat ( in Sicily often grilled horse meat 🐎 ) very tasty😃

And what is different about Canadian cheese? 🙄🙄

I don't know. I just like it even if I'm not a big fan of other cheese. It squeaks when you eat it though, I think it's funny.

I like that you mentioned vegetables too and not only meat. I like courgette from the BBQ. With goat and horse i have difficulty eating it. Both bc of what kind of animal it is and also bc it is red meat and i feel like somebody puts needles in my belly. I prefer seafood and chicken and tofu dishes. But vegetables which are not super black from the BBQ but in a nice and healthy way are very good!! 🙂

So it is squak cheese! 😛 I never heard of that but that must be funny i agree!! 😛 In my country there is powder but it becomes chewing gum and if you eat it than it is like you have fireworks in your mouth!! I got that one time from somebody but i could not find it in our shop (the jamin).

Grilles sardines with lemon are although very tasty! And grilled salmon over an open grilled fire is fantastic! Grilled fish is super tasty!

I love salmon!! We often make it with the baby green leeks. I mean the super small ones that taste a bit like onion. And you can add oyster sauce for example but if you put it on a grill the sauce can also burn so you have to be super careful. I dont know if i had sardines before. Are they super salty fish?

And i think it is a good point that @Parsaa said bc fruits are very good!!! They are healthy, and they can cool you like a drink and the fruit sugars can also make that you keep hydrated. I mean that you keep the fluid more in your body too when you need it. And the fruit sugars help with that. And also important: IT TASTES NICE!!!!! 😛 😛 So i agree 100%!!! 😊😊

1. omg idk,btw cherry exists,cherry ice cream is Italian and it's called amarena. cherry popsicles and sorbet are very common too.

2. I like to do bbq with Italian sausages,burgers,steaks and other meats,marshmallows

3. mojito,piña colada,coke,tropical or ace juice,a cold beer...

4. sushi pizza

5. once in turin I tried a yogurt ice cream that was 10cm long

2. Aam Panna (Raw mango juice)

3. Thandai

4. Coconut water

5. lemonade

6. Sugarcane juice

7. Kokum Sharbat

8. Bael Sharbat

9. Solkadhi

10. Falooda

And the fruits like Mango, Watermelon, Muskmelon (Cucumins).

Oh, i like piña colada too, very sweet, only drank it once.
