Depends, usually 2-3 times weekly. But If I have holidays and don't go out, only like once a week, 'cause I won't see anyone except my parents and brother anyway, so why the effort???

But Mare maybe it helps if you have like a ritual so you have every evening a shower. That way you are not stressed and you take time to do that. 😉 And you sleep much better because if you have nice shower gel and shampoo your bed smells good too like almond or apricot or lavender. 🛀🛀🧼 That makes the sleep more calming and because of the shower you are more relaxed. 😴😴😴

But if you are busy or stressy it is difficult because the shower will also be stressy. 🧘‍♀️🧘‍♀️ So like a routine is best and you will like it much more!! 😊😊

Not even everyday, but like once every 3-4 days if you don't do exercise is good, at least not to smell too much when you have to deal with other people, ahah

But if you take a bath it is important that you have first a quick shower so you get cleaner before you sit in the bath. We always shower like 2 or 3 minutes and then sit in the bath. If you work on a farm and you have maybe mud or sand you can shower that away first. Because if you dont wash at all and sit in a bath it may not be very clean anymore.

I think the routine like daily ritual of shower is the best. And maybe in the weekend a bath because if you do that too often it is not good for your skin.
