When I was little, thirteen-year-old girls played with dolls and thirteen-year-old boys played with toy cars. Why do you have such a desire to grow up now? Life is hard, short, and sometimes cruel. Why do you want to shorten childhood and adolescence? Talk about love at thirteen? I never thought of that. Times have changed. For better or worse? Posterity will decide.

having your first little love stories when you are 13 is normal. it's silly,but it teaches you a lot about life. when you turn a certain age,you start to feel romantic feelings,which is totally normal. and 13 is a normal age to have your first love. and also to discover your sexuality,to discover if you like boys or girls for example. also i don't think that it's a problem of ''our generation'' since when i talk to my parents about this topic they tell me that their first love was around 13-14 years old.

I think what you wrote earlier for @Pennarossa2024 is right but i wanted to ask what you think about the right age like you wrote above. If you didnt have a bf yet when you are 13 do you think it is really late? Sorry if that is a stupid question to ask. I am now 14 and think sometimes abt it to have a relationship and on one hand i think it would be nice to have a relationship but on other hand i am not sure abt some things like if they go super fast with everything and how they maybe are (like not what you expected or hope). So i thought like maybe only if you feel comfortable and not rush it only bc others already have a relationship. But i dont want that everybody thinks that maybe it is not good if you still didnt have a bf yet. Sometimes that makes me a little bit uncertain bc you want to do everything right but i dont always know what is the best to do. That can be really difficult and embarrassing to talk abt with friends bc they do have boyfriends or had relationships or at least most of them.

i had my first little crush at 12 that lasted like 2 months and we were never together and he never liked me back. i had my first real experiences at 15. if you find a boyfriend at 14,15,16 or 17 years old it's not late at all haha,i have some friends that are those ages and never even held hands with someone. the majority of teenagers at 16 had at least a kiss with someone but if you didn't do it yet it doesn't mean you are late,it's just what teenagers usually do.

and i understand what you say that your friends already had several relationships,my friends too. i didn't have many relationships. you are 14 and it's totally normal that you never had a boyfriend. don't rush yourself because of your friends,find someone only if you truly want to. be careful,because love really hurts and can destroy many parts of you. also,of course be careful of teenage boys,they could make you do things you are not ready to do yet. so take it slow,and when it happens,it will happen. because it's also very nice that you want to experience love and you should do it if you want to. and not every boy is evil of course

It's better to wait for someone you really like and who really understands you. Don't rush yourself because of friends or people and just wait for the moment where it feels right for you.

That you said that it means a lot to me bc it is difficult to chat abt that even with friends bc i think sometimes that they would perhaps not understand it or think it is strange to talk about. I feel less stressed about it because what you wrote and also Ao @AgDel and Arsenia @Kotyaka2023!!! I think it should feel comfortable and nice but also that you are ready for a relationship. Last year i did not feel that way yet but now i feel a different about it and i think maybe yes. But only if you meet somebody that you think is REALLY special for you. ❤️❤️
