WHattt
U know there Are many reasons Muslims STAY Muslims 😂
idk "some" ppl dont understand 🤔

I don't think that most of us really choose a religion. Either you grew up in one and you want or are forced to stay in this religion, be it because of your family or culture/country. Either you are picking it because it is the one you have heard the most, which often recquires you to be culturally imerged in this religion too.
I rarely have seen an Italian turning to Shintoism, or an Indian picking Christianism. It certainly exist, but the majority would most likely differ.

Not being stoned for apostasy?

I was partly mocking. However, I have seen how people who try to leave Islam are treated around here, and I can say that they are perceived as worst than "kuffar"...

Muslim, christian/catholic , Hindus and Jewish all have same structure. Almighty God then messenger/s after that human representative below that priests and followers. Number of Gods vary below Almighty God. Buddhism is differ from this structure.
Muslim, christian/catholic and Jewish have linear path. Born live then goes to hell or heaven.
Buddhism and Hinduism have circular path . Born die and reborn.
I don't have any idea about other religions.

As I think religions are essential thing to maintain a society. The duty of a religion is ඉnculcating self-discipline in people, controlling the emergence of suppressed thoughts in the human mind to behave as beasts. But the problem is that today people have made religion a business and fashion. That is why the pure teachings of religions have been suppressed and man has not been able to come close to those pure teachings. At the same time, today's man is motivated to fight on the basis of the change in the scriptures of religions or the change of philosophy, or by arguing that this religion is higher, and the other is inferior. As Far as I can see, no religion is high or low. You should follow the good teachings of religion, not waste time debating.

I am a Buddhist. It's not a religion. It is a philosophy. But I don't criticize other religions because of being Buddhist or never say Buddhism is best than others. instead of criticizing I love to learn good things from other religions.

I am Catholic. Here in Germany, it is the parents who determine whether you are Catholic or Protestant through your baptism. Of course, it is also possible that children are not baptised at all. That is also all voluntary.
I've always been Catholic myself, and I think that's ok on the whole. But there are probably hundreds of different faiths that differ from each other in the tiniest details. In my eyes, it's all unnecessary.
The older I get, the more I realise that the most important values can also be lived without religion. Compassion, empathy, justice, kindness, love for others, generosity...all that and much more...
Perhaps religion is also just something to compensate for the fear of death or to deal with the fear of one's own death...

I am Catholic and I am proud to be it!

Im honored that you made this alive again.

Really intresting everyone, thanks !

I would like to know more, share whatever you have.

I am a non-practicing Christian ( sometimes I practice but not often. We (Christians) believe in the Holy Trinity: God, Jesus Christ (god's son), Holy Spirit. Ofc we pray to them. We also pray to mother of Jesus Maryja (idk English name). We have Holy Bible, there's everything about life of Jesus.
