I think it is possible to maintain wonderful feelings and visions we experience during the Silent Sessions by using some techniques.
I think what we grasp or feel in Silence is just a start point...

These two times are probably the times before sunrise and sunset in your region. It is so good and a big help that we can do it "with you" at these times each day. But shall we do the Silent Meditation before sunrise and sunset in our region as well?

Journey is like Meditation. It takes us out of "us", and shows us the true "us".
At Meditation, Silence, we enter a realm that feels sometimes very pleasant and sometimes very terrifying.
And it needs courage and support to digest that this realm is the true "us".

Nowadays I encounter the answers to my questions, or the situations I am struggling with, in different ways. Once by accidentally reading a poem, once by accidentally hearing some words in an audio file, or other ways... and I know who is doing all this!
Today, other questions was in my mind,
"How can we use pain and pleasure to reach awareness?
Should we reach awareness to get rid of these two's playings?
Is Silence the way to see and feel this "awareness"?"
And reading the valuable statements of our dear Michael, I saw this:

I have been hearing statements with this concept many times recently, and I think it's a message from the universe.
It is said: imagine you do not have a "past", who are you without any past?
When I practice this, it seems the mind stops working, which is awesome!!
And this being "nobody" helps a lot with staying calm during the day, specially during the Silence Session.

What we do is: WE EMBRACE THE PAST -- ALL OF IT!
We go into the State-of-Transcendence and on the
way to 'it' we 'touch' the imprints of the past.
By doing so, we release a little energy that linger
in the imprints. After a few million incarnations,
we then have emptied the system -- happy happy happy...

I recently watched a movie (Celestine Prophecy) which tried to present part of the aim of this forum; rescuing the world.
I had learned before that doing this healing process simultaneously would increase the resonance and the final outcome.
So, if the process is done mutually, as well, it will amplify the effect! I wish we had the power to do it mutually with you...

It's so interesting that I am experiencing whatever you said in my daily life,
and this is one of them.
Everyday, I "feel" the importance of this Silence/ Meditation
more and more.
Sometimes I cannot understand what you mean,
but it reveals itself after a while in one of life situations!
I AM GRATEFUL
Tonight session was different.
Aside from the warmth I felt in my hands,
my attention was drawn to "me", instead of God or the Master.
And I was thinking about my whole life in which I have been looking for
God or someone who could guide me to him.
Very rarely I have thought about myself.
Even at the times that I decided to not wait/ look for anyone,
I was on "no-care" more, not on "see-me" mode.
It is said whoever and whatever we are seeking is "us",
... So, who am I?

the stunning steps of a lady
on the elevations of power and peace,
while listening to a beautiful music
through the photo
which was the celestial, majestic voice of
a woman
singing to our soul
and dancing with our eyes ...
