'SINGULARITY -- A DETAILED VIEW'
For many people, gazing at the night sky is a source of inspiration and fascination.
It is the place par excellence where we can discover something about the perplex-
ing nature of human existence.Space is cold, almost devoid of gas, and unimaginably vast. Our sense of self is rooted
in transcendence and in the body we inhabit. Ultimately, our bodies are something like
stardust. It is therefore no surprise that a night-time view has always intoxicated people
and set their imaginations alight.In this exhibition, I wish to confront the viewer’s gaze not so much with a series as with
‘just’ parts of a single image. I do this in particular to highlight the value—which is very
important to me—of the creative process behind a work.
