Hello everybody!! 😊😇 We had in school today a talk and i think it was super interesting and it is why i wanted to discuss this now also on the forum. BUTTT only those who want it. 🙏🙏


So it is abt how do u rate your life and i mean the quality of things bc that was also said today. And u can rate in the way u like for example a number from 1-10 or that u describe it with a word or thumbs up or down or an emojii for example. ⬆️⬇️🆘🆒❤️☹️🥳😀🔟✅❌

So i think if u are like here irl then u have soon a LOTTTT!!! 🙂 I hope u write often on the forum bc that would be really nice!!!! 😃

And @Lianshen im not sure if i understand it but abt your ❤️ life it is between VERY high or below zero?? I hope now it is VERY high!! 🙂

It depends... It's switching between both. When it goes well, it goes very very well, but when it does, it's usually really bad.


6.5/10 for me my health is normally good. I do have some things im really concerned abt too often and i know that is not necessary. But for me i keep having the concerns even if other persons tell it is not needed. And also mentally i would give higher score if i feel more confident too. So i think 6.5 is fair as score.

Hopefully that will be improved in the future. It's ok to be concerned a little with your own health, but if you are "sure" it's not bad, try to let it go over time, it will be ok!
As for your confidence, you will build it over time, seeing that you are doing great. From what I see, you are doing great here at least

For me the biggest problems of health is that im always concerned abt weight but ppl say im still a bit underweight but in my head i really struggle for it that it is better to weigh a little bit more. And ppl also give different advices abt it. So now im trying to weigh just a little bit more but still i doubt it a lot often bc it feels like ur getting like a fat panda even if it is just in ur head. I also had difficulty with if u are highly sensitive but my school mentor also has that and she helps a lot bc we talk often. And confidence is difficult bc if u write on the forum here for example that is easy now. Sometimes it can also be super cringe if i type too fast when posting things and i look back and i think omggg! But irl if for example u give presentation to a LOTTTT of ppl they all look at u and that makes me super uncomfortable. Also if some say for example speak louder and then u feel super stressed. But if u talk longer then sometimes that goes away or at least the most after some minutes. 🙄😬


Oww i forgot abt yiruma: when i had piano classes my teacher likes him a LOTTT!! And we also listen to it and play like how sounds on playlist. BUTTTT im not so good i can play like him of course!!!! Do u also play piano @Lianshen?? 🙂

What is important is that you eat properly and when you are hungry, and that should suffice to be healthy. I used to be underweight as well, but I always ate to my heart's content and it was just my metabolism; if you are the same, then try to trust yourself about it.
Now, if you really have to get some weight and are afraid to look like a fatty panda, maybe doing sport might help, because muscle is heavier than fat, so it takes less volume for the same weight (and often looks better shaped).

If you are really scared of presentations, there are 2 things to try to remember a bit : 1) most people don't care about other presentations (and will talk, play, look at their phone...); 2) they are probably stressing about their own presentation as much if not more.
What I did when I had to do them was to willingly find something almost unrelated, dumb, or unexpected to insert in the powerpoint and my mind would be occupied with my "joke to myself" enough to ignore many other things. Of course, I worked on it and knew what I'd say in the first and last minutes (because like you noted very well, the peak of stress is within the first minute), and globally had idea of how I'd build my story along the middle, but the idea of having a comfort "stupid thhing" in the middle of my powerpoint was helping me to both be more confident with it and ironically to draw attention on my content.
Talking in front of people is hard though: if you don't do it often, it's always a bit stressful, so don't worry about it as it means almost nothing on your true abilities !

But i tried to get out more carbohydrate food but for example now in the morning with yoghurt i must not only add more fruits but also cerials for example. But im doing that now already some time. And i bike every day to school and i do ballet as sports. I got advise for swimming but i think it is also expensive like for example tennis. But maybe swimming is good bc u get stronger without injuries if u do that often. And we have a swimming pool which is not super far from our house so maybe if my parents think it is not too much for it then yes.

Yes, writing somethhing on the board or having a presentation helps a lot. For me, moving, building a story with it and showing what I present with a stick helps me to distract my mind, but ultimately, we all have our own tricks and you seem to do well

If I get the energy and opportunity later, maybe I would learn to play an instrument, but I'm terrible withh melodies and can forget anything within seconds, even the music that are supposed to get stuck in your head, ahhah
