Hello everybody!! ππ We had in school today a talk and i think it was super interesting and it is why i wanted to discuss this now also on the forum. BUTTT only those who want it. ππ

Thnxxx very much @Lianshen!!! ππππ I need to get 1,5-2 kg more and then it is good enough. So basically it is important not only that u eat enough but also that u eat enough for energy and you will also get a LOTTT less tired. But i tried to get out more carbohydrate food but for example now in the morning with yoghurt i must not only add more fruits but also cerials for example. But im doing that now already some time. And i bike every day to school and i do ballet as sports. I got advise for swimming but i think it is also expensive like for example tennis. But maybe swimming is good bc u get stronger without injuries if u do that often. And we have a swimming pool which is not super far from our house so maybe if my parents think it is not too much for it then yes.
And u are right abt the presentations bc if you are ok in the beginning then later it is less difficult. ππ¬ Now i try normally that you for example write smt on the white board or if u are allowed to have powerpoint that they look at that. Bc that way they dont look at u and that makes it less difficult so i think that is a really good tip if anybody can use that!!! π π
Do u want to learn a music instrument and in that case maybe piano @Lianshen??? π

Yes, writing somethhing on the board or having a presentation helps a lot. For me, moving, building a story with it and showing what I present with a stick helps me to distract my mind, but ultimately, we all have our own tricks and you seem to do well
If I get the energy and opportunity later, maybe I would learn to play an instrument, but I'm terrible withh melodies and can forget anything within seconds, even the music that are supposed to get stuck in your head, ahhah

@Hannah- my mom said that u can also get over allergies but im not sure if that is true but u can check it perhaps!!! Or get medicine like for hayfever!!! ππππ

4: Your health? - Despite a chronic form of sleep deprivation - self-inflicted as I do not wish to subordinate family life to a rather vibrant office life - there are no complaints of any significance in this area: 8.5.
5: Your home? - We have a sufficiently spacious house in a green and child friendly part of a a large city. No complaints of any nature: 9.
6: Your school or work? - Working in my area naturally means fast paced work in a cross-border and unpredictable setting. This can be very demanding but also provides an intellectually nurturing climate with eager and bright minds who can be situated anywhere on this globe. Score 8.5-9.
7: Your hobbies? - There is sufficient time available on a structural basis for hobbies, athletic & musical pursuits and social interaction: 8.
8: Your β€οΈ life? - This area of life has been a blessing for most of my teen and adult life. The best score is my wife who deserves all the credits here. Score 9 - deduction of 1 point as we could have started dating earlier.
9: Your outfits? - This is a combination of nearly acceptable, comfortable and - as necessitated by work - also a less casual attire. Score: 7.
10: Your holidays? - We are fortunate to travel extensively and to often breathtaking destinations. One of the best parts that life has to offer. Score: 9.
11: Your music taste? - My music taste was - and still is - rather broad ranging from classical music, slow blues to full gain metal. I play electric guitar myself and have started picking up concert tickets again to main acts of nostalgia: 9.
12. Your mentality? - This entirely depends on the context and scores vary accordingly.
13: To make life better: A slow start of the Sunday morning - as opposed to a recurring Big Bang at any given time prior to 8 am - would be beneficial to mental wellbeing and longevity.
