Yes, writing somethhing on the board or having a presentation helps a lot. For me, moving, building a story with it and showing what I present with a stick helps me to distract my mind, but ultimately, we all have our own tricks and you seem to do well
If I get the energy and opportunity later, maybe I would learn to play an instrument, but I'm terrible withh melodies and can forget anything within seconds, even the music that are supposed to get stuck in your head, ahhah
Yesss i think you are très right bc for me the best way is that they dont look at me but for example the board. And that way that is already less stressy unless they all look back so i like to make more slides and they just look at that or at least most of them. 🙂
And for music maybe u can try different instruments and that it works better with others when u try it. Bc with some instruments u need to play MOREEE melodies at the same time but if for example u are in a band like a school band or other then u play NEXT to each other and not really everything alone in only 1 instrument. So maybe that is a good tip!!!

For health is maybe bc how u feel NOW or also at other times that it can be better?
