There have been neonazis in Ukraine, and there probably are still a few, but I doubt that this is the main reason for Putin to go in Ukraine. It's rather an excuse to grab Donbass and secure its own sovereignity at the expanse of Ukraine, since Ukraine is now a US puppet state and that there is no geographic defenses between the West and Moscow anymore.

First of all, let us go back to 1991. The USSR was disintegrating and many of the former Soviet republics began to drift to independency. For better or for worse, I am not sure. The West was happy! Why not? Your former enemy is trying to give up! Who wouldn't like it? But, anybody cared for human right? Anybody thought that some law was broken? No! Who cared? Let's celebrate! It's like a head-ache after party. It was nice, but nobody thought about the future. Nobody is thinking about the future now. Let's us recall what happened to Germany after the WWI. The other nations put some restrictions and dues on the Germany. Was it fare or not, it's the other subject. Germans were very upset. But what could they do? Nothing but to prepare a crazy plan to war. Anyway, it's a long story. Nowdays it's the same. The whole area of the former USSR is a very tasty piece of cake. Everybody is Napoleon. If Russia doesn't want to annex the Donbass and part of Ukraine, then why is it doing so and, most importantly, what is the reason of this war for no country in history is or has been thinking of others' interests before its own interests.
How are Poles or Hungarians trying to get a piece of Russia exactly? As far as I know, everythign that Poland has ever wanted is its independence and its safety. Same question for France, which is at the other side of the continent... Russia has nothing to worry about France, and vice versa for both are far from each others.

As for Poland, I do'tn remember this country having any claim on Ukraine and both countries are having good relationship despite of their shared history because of Poland anti-russian sentiment.
Concerning Hungary and Romania, even if they wanted, I doubt that they have the ability to annex anyuthing unless theie is already a war ongoing.
