Well, if there is to be a "most important" person, everybody who contributes to keep the website alive is the "most important". Hence, yep, he is the most important person here.

Now, the topic is probably more about the favourite people in penpal gate.

Alright, so I think Rosee is the top person on PenPal Gate for me. She's pretty much the only one I chat with almost every day. But if I were to rate everyone based on how much I like them and how active they are etc, here's my tier ranking, haha!
