One beautiful and deeply reassuring realization is that we do not necessarily need to meet enlightened people face to face or speak with them directly.

Simply entering their energetic field may be enough.

The Light they embody radiates naturally, without effort or intention, touching everyone around them.

Just as the sun shines upon all; its light nourishes not only those standing beneath its rays, but even those living in the shadows. Even those who spend years underground, surrounded by the most advanced technology, continue to benefit indirectly from the sun's existence.

The teachings of such people are not always delivered through words. Sometimes you may ask them a direct question and receive no answer at all.

Yet by simply remaining within their field—their presence, their energy, their frequency, their awakened consciousness—insights begin to arise naturally within you… Answers seem to emerge on their own.

Truths you already knew intellectually begin to unfold into lived understanding, transforming from mere concepts into direct experience.

As the Prophet Muhammad, is reported to have said:

"Indeed, your Lord sends divine breezes throughout your days. Expose yourselves to these breezes, and do not turn away from them."

And

"From the Beloved's lane blows the breeze of spring;
If you seek help from this wind, it will kindle the lamp of your heart."
- Hafez

You talk too much,

You express your feelings too much,

You think too much,

You get disappointed too much,

Just go into your cave, close your eyes, and imagine that you are breathing...

Maybe the answer lies in the Illusion of Time??!!

We are all, in one way or another, entangled in time.

When will we awaken? When will we be saved? When will the world be in peace? When will good overcome evil (if such labels as "good" and "evil" even truly exist)?

How wonderful it would be if we could fully realize that time does not exist. The past, the present, and the future are only an illusion.

When I first encountered this idea, I was astonished and confused. Over time, however, I became accustomed to it. I even developed vivid mental images of being in another time. There was even a period when I found it difficult to distinguish the present from the past. (Well... perhaps that was beginning to resemble a psychological disorder!)

Yet I still haven't been able to embody this understanding in a mature way_ not in my daily life, nor even in my spiritual aspirations. I continue to wait for a future in which I will be enlightened, or I stop grieving over a past that I feel was wasted.

Even when I meditate in silence, in the present moment, I still long for the Light... But longing itself implies that the Light is not already here, and that I am waiting for it to arrive.

If time truly does not exist, then there is nothing to wait for and nothing to seek, because it already exists within me. So why don't I see it? Because I remain identified with the physical body, with the mind, its thoughts, and its endless questions.

This world was designed in such a way that it consists of illusion of time inside its illusional self. The Creator, in manifesting an infinite reality within a finite experience, had to harmonize HIS vastness with the illusion of physical existence.

As long as we identify with the physical body and its needs, time appears necessary. But when we become free from our identification with the physical mind and awaken to our divine nature, time dissolves… perhaps that is why the Light becomes visible.

For then we enter a state of nothingness (that is simultaneously everything) a realm where only Light exists, without waiting, without becoming, without arriving.

Perhaps the answer to my questions: "When will I find the Light?", "When will I see God?", "When will the humanity find peace?", …. is simply getting rid of Time illusion. This way, the unbearable waiting comes to an end, and perhaps the very moment freedom from time penetrates our conscious and unconscious being is the same moment we finally recognize the Light/ God/ our true Self/ …

Yet even this freedom becomes another paradox. How do we let go of time? How do we release this deeply rooted belief, even within our spiritual practices?

Again, the answer is probably Silence…

Why are we always looking for something to be satisfied with life? Why there should always be a wish? A wish for money, for love, for a bigger house, or even spiritual wishes… People who are looking just for materialistic goals, are trying to find earthly desires to be happy. If they don’t reach their goals, they get sad, angry, disappointed… And some of them realized that they should turn to spiritual goals. Then they start a search and research… they look for themselves, for their creator, for the aim of this world, … How many of these people can find what they are seeking? Maybe one in a billion…

What about the others? Again, they get sad, confused, disappointed, and sometimes humiliated. It’s the nature of human being to look for something to be happy. One may ask now that “but we should fine the LIGHT and get ENLIGHTENED”. Well, … maybe the way to be enlightened is not trying and searching and finding.

Perhaps we should just accept it as it is… the ONE WORD “Stoicism“ is a good word for it. Even if we are not getting enlightened, accept what it is and what we are. If we are stupid, maybe we should be. If we are in danger, and we cannot do ANYTHING about it, then we should be there. God loves us and he knows the best. The Light is supporting us. We should just stop. I mean stop every “useless” effort and just leave ourselves in the hands of the LIGHT…

At first, they say you are very worthy to them. They say they want you as a friend, as they feel so lonely. Then they say they love you and start to have expectations, despite the fact that you had told about your boundaries and choices. They say they totally understand and respect your decision. Then they start to ridicule you and your way. They try to prove that you are an ordinary "woman" with no specific knowledge. That "look down to women" stuff that we are all familiar with more or less. They ask very simple questions (which may seem very big to them!) to test you and show you that you know nothing. When you give them the correct answers, they start to insult you for several meaningless reasons. And all of these happens while you have decided to stay a human friend with them and behave like a civilized human being!

But you reach a point at which you remember your self-respect is more important. You have no choice but leaving them for your own good. Of course, you can still send them positive energy and pray for them, but this time you are the prayerful not the prey!

It came to me during the night -- windows are open right now .... 🙂

Whatever happend in our lives ... we are the builder for it.
All what we see and feel is in OUR nervous system. We need
the separation for a while to learn that.

This part of the quote, " we know best what’s good for everyone else" is so familiar to me.

Recently I have been thinking about the times I helped my friends or students and gave them advice which, based on their comment, were helpful for them. Even the empathy I offered meant a lot to them.

I myself have got help from others many times, as well. But How many times I gave the advice, suggestions, empathy, and hugs offered to them to myself? Why don't I use what I know for myself? If I can have effective influence on others, why not on me?
I do help myself, remind myself of what is the truth, and do spiritual practices, but not as much as needed.

I try my best to be inspired by amazing lovely friends/ masters that the LIGHT puts on my way and benefit from their energy and advice. But how long are they there for me? How long do I have this chance to talk to them? How long are they able or willing to be available?

I think it is like the mutual effects between the body and the soul. I recently learned that we must pay attention to our body as much as we do to our spiritual way. Likewise, psychological and spiritual practices should be followed simultaneously. Based on a psychological method, we should address ourselves and tell ourselves what to do and should commit ourselves to doing it.

May we unleash our divine selves

Everything is just there...

No need to think, analyze, or feel.

Just watch, like you watch a movie, just observe...

So, everything is "the same"... all the same...

Or for those at a higher spiritual level, everything is "beautiful", the same beautiful...

Kind of an answer, from a dialogue in the movie "Dr. strange", to my struggling nowadays:

"We never lose our demons. We only learn to live above them."

How many people interested in The Light have the chance to meet a spiritual master in their lifetime? And how long do these interested ones have to wait before they can meet them on their path?

If you are seeking The Light and fortunate enough to learn something from one of these messengers, just "keep quiet" and do whatever they say "unquestionably" without thinking or judging. Otherwise YOU are the only one responsible for the pain that follows.

Read it again and again until it becomes a feeling within you....
