"Only if you know who you are, you are able to realise who the person in front of you is."

A nudge, just when I truly needed it.

I'm sure it holds a much deeper meaning than I got from it, but who can claim they grasp exactly what a master says?

And this is what I was able to understand at this stage of my journey:

Whenever someone's actions make you sad, or whenever you judge another person for their actions, the source of that suffering is within you—not within them.

May we be able to let the SUN shine in constantly...

"This song of the reed is fire, not mere wind,

Whoever does not carry this fire within, let them be nothing."

- Rumi

I have been thinking since yesterday;is my state_of_ awareness at zero point?! 🤔

I must have misunderstood the meaning of awareness.

Some people are Divine Blessings to this world.

Even at times that we don't understand what they say or do, we are being blessed by their presence in the universe...

What do you do when you’re plagued by doubts and fears?

Sometimes life gets hard. You feel sad and helpless. The anxiety and fear run over every cell of you. You have no choice but giving up to HIS will. You close your eyes and feel the energy of a “being” overrides the sorrow and fear in your cells and your soul. A presence that presents itself in the form of a human being. But you know it is just an embodiment of The Light.

Your eyes are closed and you feel you are melting and melding into The Whole. The Whole in which you see nothing but him. Now, the sadness and anxiety are gone and replaced by a soft soothing feeling of The Whole as Nothing. Nothing as The Light.

And the Light flows into your cells like a stream of water rushing into the bed of a long-dried river, filling every pore between the sorrowful particles that had never lost hope of being awakened to life once again...

Thank You for Your Being

Reveal your face, for I long for gardens and roses;
Open your lips, for I long for an abundance of sugar.

O Sun of Beauty! Come out for a moment from behind the clouds,
For I long to behold that radiant, resplendent face of yours.

- Rumi

IT IS SO DAMN HARD.

This was the message to my heart today:

Sun is always there.

If we cannot feel it, the problem lies in our beliefs and in our trust that it is always with us, loves us, and cares for us.

This is also why we cannot always be in bliss; we do not deeply believe, from within, that the Lord loves us and is with us in every single moment.

That is why we cannot see him in everything.

Sad, but true…

The problem is with our faith, not with the Sun.

...

The soul is like a flame,

yet its smoke is greater than its light.

When the smoke exceeds all bounds,

the light cannot illuminate the house.

If you lessen the smoke,

you will partake of the flame’s light.

By your light,

both this world and the world beyond

will be illuminated.

Based on the Hijri Lunar Calendar, today is the blessed birthday of Rumi, the Persian poet.

Congratulation on the day he enterd this planet!

"The beloved, the idol of the tavern, came to carry us HOME,

He revealed a new spring, to make us fresh and renewed.

Go, become the shadow of his cypress form; follow him, running before and behind,

Even if, like a young tree, he uproots us completely from our roots.

If his heart looks like stone, do not flee and do not leave,

For first he kills us, and then he draws us toward himself.

He comes and keeps coming—the one who must come,

And perhaps, at his coming, our heart may finally leap beyond itself."

What I have FELT over the past few days:

Fear is a cruel thief,

And

Love can restore what it has stolen...

"You just lose what is not you"

What can calm you down more than hearing this from a beloved great master while you feel so crushed by life's harshness??

The tale of the first meeting between Shams and Rumi

One day, Rumi was passing through the bazaar when a dervish (Shams) called out to him and asked, “Who was greater, Muhammad or Bayazid Bastami?”

Rumi said, “What kind of question is that? Bayazid was one of Muhammad’s followers. Of course Muhammad was greater.

Shams said: Then how is it that Muhammad said to God, "I have not known You as You truly deserve to be known", while Bayazid said:

"Glory be to me! How magnificent is my station!

There is nothing within my cloak but God."

Rumi was left speechless and said, “you tell us.”

Shams replied:

“The difference lies in their capacity. Muhammad possessed an infinite capacity. No matter how much of the wine of divine knowledge was poured into his cup, he remained thirsty for more and asked for another cup.

But Bayazid became intoxicated after only one cup and cried out: "What an exalted station and rank I have attained! Glory be to me! How magnificent is my station!”

And from that moment on, Rumi knew that he had found his spiritual master, and he never let Shams go.

Today is the birthday of Muhammad, the Prophet of Islam.

May we all find our Muhammad, Christ, Moses, Abraham, Zoroaster, Mani, and so on—and may we one day come to understand that they are all manifestations of the same Truth, bearing different names...

Movies are good helps sometimes, even if they help you on the path to a dead end.

Watching the movie "The Butterfly Effect" is a "must".

P.S. A dead end is better than a never-ending road to absolute nowhere. We may be feel depressed but it is better than hopeless expectations.

"Whatever joy has slipped away from you, do not grieve;

know for certain that it will return to you in another form.

Was not a child’s joy once found in the care of the wet nurse and in her milk?

Yet when the child was weaned from the milk, that joy came instead from wine and honey."

then I shall never again ask for what I desire.”

The word love is the most relevant word, I think. People call many different emotions and experiemced "love". But there is no blame, as everybody goes their own path with their own experiences and own definitions of love.

A few humans are worthy of being immersed in True Divine Love. Most of us are selected to be played by human_to_human love to reach something or somewhere on our path in this life.

When we love someone, WE "need" them. They DO NOT need us. Especially when there is a divine purpose in our love.

So, we'd better use the suffering for good.

When we suffer from missing our divine_guided beloved ones, from being far from them, from knowing that we may never meet them in this world, from feeling that we do not "deserve" them, from watching other people spending time with them which will be our wish for ever, from knowing that this much of emotions in our love is a one way road, from sensing that we are tolerating it all alone, ... it is better to use all of these for "that divine porpuse".

We should be grateful for having our beloved's energy in our life, they care about us, thay help us, they guide us in out difficult time... if we know this caring is the True definition of Love, we wouldn't think we are on a one_way road.

We should appreciate their care and be always in joy by keeping that in mind. No matter what emotion life brings to us, we should remember they and their energies are supporting us and be blissful and hopeful because of that.

In fact, this is how it works to take us from an earthly pure love to the divine love. This is exactly how God treats us, as our love(r)...

P.S. (r) what a funny mistake....
