I lost 9kg in one month and a half! Any workout recommendations?

i was never fat in my life but i had a bit of a weight gain in my arms and legs

ive once followd (with me familly) i think a Keto (ore how the hell it may be called) diet, and i promised myself never again to go on diets! in my opinion it was horrible!

Hello i lost 25 kilo in 1year just to everyday walk 1hour and dont eat sugar anymore

when i was teenager, i did some strict cardio (whole body + face, like jumping jack, squad, lunges, bent over, side lunges, wide row, etc, and for face exercises i usually use the japanese one), i didn't have any channel rec, cause most of videos i use is in bahasa indonesia, but there's so many in yt!

i did the cardio everyday (minimum 1 hours, max 3 hours), i don't eat carbo, or high salt/msg food (only healthy, fibrous, & high protein food) and i also did fasting (3-4x per weeks), like every monday, wednesday, friday, sunday (alternately) like today fasting, then tomorrow i ain't do fasting,

and from 50 i lose 10kg in 3 months.

Keep doing it until you get the ideal one, the result is my body has a pack, but if you want a more defined body, like maybe a booty one, better hit the gym

bro...i had a weight gain and also my doctor told me i was overweight...plus i can assure you that my parents look over me and they see what i do and they were and are okay with the fact that i'm on a diet because they know i need it

If you wear your pants/shorts/skirts high enough on your stomach, it's insane how you can look so much thinner. Being overweight doesn't mean you look like an elephant, it just means you're above the normal weight for a person of your build.

I think the most important thing Rose @Idkbro is that you feel comfortable with what you feel is the nicest for yourself. Bc i KNOWW how it is if a lot of people have different opinions. So of course it is most important that what you are is healthy but other than that it is what you feel is most comfortable how you feel. ❤️❤️ If i can give an opinion than i want to say that i think you are very beautiful. And whatever you decide to do it still will be like that!! I dont say that to be polite but i mean it. And i think many others from the forum will agree with it!!!!!!! 🌹😊🏆


Sorry @Colin_Der_Backfisch but i completely forgot to mention that you have a LOTTT of tips about healthy eating and other things!!! I read what you wrote above and that was super useful and good to know!!!!!! So you and @Chantal- are the healthy foodies and exercise persons from PPG!!! 😛

I don't feel comfortable giving advice on this platform about losing weight. @Idkbro 9 kgs in 6 weeks is too much weight loss. You said it yourself you are on a strict diet and doing a lot of exercise. No sane doctor would ever recommend that to a 16 y.o. so just be careful. Generally speaking I don't get why y'all so obsessed with being skinny as if it's the only quality that matters in a person!
