I don't think boys and girls are that different but I'll try to answer anyway (taking for granted that we are talking about good boys 😌)!

1 what do girls like about boys?

I thinks the sense of protection, the way they are open to listen and be less judgemental and less in competition (it often happens between two girls/women).

2 what you would like them to change about them selfs?

Nothing, honestly! If you are a decent human being, there's nothing to change!

3 what do you think is good about boys?

When they're open minded, especially towards women and don't treat us like properties.

4 what do you dislike the most about them?

If they're violent both verbally and physically, if they're abusive, if they complain about everything, but it's a generalisation. I believe in equity!

1 what do girls like about boys?

some of girls like their looks, some of personality, some of their cute behavior. But personally, i like a man who is cute (physically, behavior, humor) i like the way their cute behavior is just to make me chuckles and blushing, while actually they are mature inside (from the way he thinks, mentally stable and as sapiosexual i really like if they are smart).

2 what you would like them to change about them selfs?

hmmmm some of them still patriarchy, i wish they more consider and see girls/women is equal with them. I have met several men who, without their knowledge, often underestimate & degrade women, and that makes me speechless..

3 what do you think is good about boys?

Most of my friends are men, what I think is good about them is that they have broad insight into many things, we often discuss and argue about many topic hahaha

but that's the things I love, because that way, they really listen to me, and are honest with me whether what I say is true or not. at least they are not the type to talk about other people behind my backs.

4 what do you dislike the most about them?

when I see a man act so patriarchal, dictator, act so narcissistic while actually what they do is so off.

They are Emotionally Intelligent. Girls carry a kind of grace - From bold and fierce to gentle and shy. Very supportive nature, if she knows her friend/boy friend/ husband is facing any trauma or issue. Most of the girls are creative. They knows name of the most of the colors, that boys failed to recognize.. hahaha.

Sometimes girls (especially in early dating or friendships) may not express clearly what they feel or want - expecting the other person to “just understand.” That can lead to confusion, overthinking, and frustration. Sometimes judgmental about other girls.

Chats, i guess! Girls can sometimes be better, more friendly, at chatting then guys.

Bc you can feel super unsure and insecure abt that. So not maybe that you expect that a guy understands what you think or feel. But just bc you dont feel really comfortable or confident yet.

At initial stage, everyone is unsure, so one must express clearly. If one communicates and express herself that she is not comfortable or confident - not in detail, by just conveying in few words - that's ok, rather than keeping other in confusion!

honestly it depends on each individual's preference.

for me, a cute man is a man who suits my taste. i like a man who has smooth facial features (oval), pretty yet plumpy natural pink lips, has soothing voices, and act so gentle, warm, and soft to me. he also pay attention even for the smallest detail, and so considerate to people. he can be clingy and territorial at the same time like a cat. and never hesitate to show his love in public like maybe hugging or kiss me on cheek.
