My aunt asked me if i can be with her on the vrijmarkt so we did that and sold a LOTTT of stuff!! I earned more than 35 Euros but i bought a cap for my dad from Red Bull bc he is a big fan of Max Verstappen. He thinks it looks cool and is happy with it and i think it is fine too. But my mom says his head is like a football if he wears a cap! π

The vrijmarkt is only for children of a certain age, as you need to put the kraam on their name. At least I can't do it anymore because I'm "too old for it". I went to the city to get some ice cream and walk around to see all the orange. There was a photography competition, so I joined that. π That's very nice of you to get that cap for your dad. π

Oh, a photography competition sounds nice. Here they had a choir in the morning with songs atleast 100 years old π In the afternoon they had bands playing metallica, so it was a bit of a contradiction π

Yes and no. They sang popular songs and some songs from the older days. The bands later on were rock and punk bands. Sometimes they also have groups singing old pub songs, in Dutch or English.

Hello everybody!! Today the Dutch cabinet stopped so we will get new elections. And i think nobody knows if it will be right or left that wins it. I dont know a lot about it but we MUST read it later at least before Friday bc i think that it will be discussed in our society class so i can write later more about it if people have questions. But i know already that the PVV of Geert Wilders stopped and it was because of immigration. And everybody thinks that the party NSC will almost get no votes anymore and it will be close in the elections between left and right parties. π€·ββοΈπ€·ββοΈππ
Hello everybody!! πββοΈ On the Dutch news there is a lot about the NATO and the meeting next week in Den Haag in The Netherlands. But a lot of people complain bc it is super expensive and roads are closed and shops and even schools are closed but in a lot of schools there are test weeks or other important things this month. And there are even rockets on a lot of places (i will google pictures from the news) .
In the news people asked why do they have the meeting in a BIG CITY??? Why cant they meet for example in a big forest or a military place. But i think the NATO comes to our country bc Mark Rutte is now the leader of NATO and he was the prime minister of our country. So i think that is an important reason. And maybe in Den Haag bc it looks very beautiful and they will be in a very big building for conferences and they will also meet the King and Queen of our country.
Hello everybody who likes Dutchies things!!!!!!!!!!! This Wednesday there are elections in my country and everybody gets super crazy bc there is a LOTTTTTT on tv like debates and polls and also in our class we will have tomorrow a test vote. BUTTTTT we are NOTTTT allowed to vote at all really. But still we have a vote in our class what are the most popular parties. And the last time there were two parties the biggest in OUR vote but not of people who really vote. And can anybody guess which two parties got the most votes and why? ππ
Ok so the result in my class today of the voting: the biggest parties were D66, PvdA/Groen Links and PVV. I hesitated between D66 and PvdA/Groen Links bc i think nature is an important topic and a lot of people think it is less important than other things. But i think it is equally with for example safety and also other things like that you can have a house or appartment later and other more difficult topics.
