Hi Michael,
I am a bloody beginner with fermentation. It sounds like my consciousness limits my success. What can I change, or is my conscioussness growing with every ferment I produce?
How do I attain 24 hours of uninterrupted "awareness"?
It sounds like the awareness is not only on the ferment but on every second of your daily routine and also on new things you expire.

By writing that, I think I recognize that awareness doesn´t have the focus ON something but "looking" from the very deepest place of my heart/being ( I don`t know how to name it). Maybe I better say , you don`t loose the awareness of your Self.

But again, is there any "trick"?

It is good to keep that in mind:
