95 percent of all diseases are directly related to lifestyle and
diet. The absolutely most important food in our diet is WATER.


If You consume animal products (milk, meat, etc.), You should
drink at least enough pure water WITHOUT carbonic acid per
day to excrete 2 litres of urine.


It is not important how much water You drink, but how much
urine is excreted!


It is best to drink Your water at 'body temperature' or hotter.
This makes it easier for Your body to get rid of toxins.


If You live vegan, 0.7 to 1 litre of water is sufficient. The reason
for this is that the metabolic toxins of vegan foods are excreted
through the lungs. With animal products, on the other hand,
they are excreted through the kidneys.


The greater the amount of urine excreted, the more minerals
get lost ... You need (in colloidal form).


Mineral water provides minerals in ionic form, which can
NOT be absorbed by the body and are more of a burden!


Colloidal minerals can be obtained from plant food or a
special supplement.


WITHOUT sufficient supplies of minerals and micro-
nutrients Your body will NOT detoxify! This is very

...yes Your are absolutly right. So the best way for the main-supply
of drinking water is to purify it. (Osmotic) After that You should
re-energetic (gem-stone, salt ect.) it...

Of course water is very important ... our bodies are 75 percent water. It is more honest
to say ... SHOULD consist of 75 percent water. Unfortunately, this is anything but the
rule today and especially in advanced age, the reality is quite different. Although this is
an absolute disaster, I have only very rarely heard a doctor talk about it. Incidentally,
this applies to very many fundamental issues. If you like, think about it ... why that is.
I will come back to this topic later. Back to the waters.


Basically, we distinguish between three different types of water in our body. We only
have a direct influence on two of them. We have the extracellular and intracellular
waters. The third water is called "crystalline water" and has a very special function.
It serves as a reservoir for the energetic signature of our physical existence. It is this
water that determines the nature of our body.


Intra- and extracellular waters are regulated by the salts present in our body. The
different salts define whether there is a balance between these two waters. Why
is this important to understand? If there is too much extracellular water, we speak
of oedema. In our diet we consume too much sodium. Sodium is one of the salts
that stores the extracellular water. Potassium or magnesium, on the other hand,
store the intracellular water.


The balance between these two waters regulates almost all vital processes in our
body. Why hardly anyone knows this is beyond me ... well, maybe not! In any case,
EVERYONE should know it in order to keep their body healthy.


Just a few decades ago, our diet was different and food was simply richer in vital
substances. So it hardly mattered that we did not have the knowledge available
today. Today, no one can really afford this kind of innocent ignorance. All the
more so because knowledge is sometimes deliberately withheld!

Salts are the second MOST important food, which should ALWAYS be of the best quality.
Unfortunately, today 'table salts' are very often offered, which are at least of as poor
quality as those waters that are advertised as drinking water. In these salts there are
VERY often additives that really harm our body. These include, above all, separating
agents, anti-caking agents and the like. The often added 'iodine' is also a VERY ambi-
valent and synthetically produced chemical. Unlike the naturally occurring iodine, this
synthetic iodine has a different atomic structure and this stresses the body. Since all

If you want to do something good for your body, you should use natural salts WITHOUT

The daily drinking water should be demineralised and then re-energised.
Those who eat animal products must drink more water than pure vegans.
The metabolic toxins from animal products are excreted mainly through
the kidneys (2 litres of urine excretion/day). If the water already contains
a lot of minerals, the metabolic toxins can NO longer be absorbed and
excreted.

For a good party You need Alcohol. Really? Just a few facts:


There are NO receptors for alcohol in our bodies.

that all digestive activities suffer. We are not going to change this through

ALCOHOL:

I find alcohol very interesting, it's something that is a sword rather than a double-edged sword. There isn't really anything good about it for you, yet people drink it frequently. You can become addicted to it rather quickly, and people don't realize it affects you even if you have 'just a little bit' (same thing with smoking, e-cigarettes, but that's a whole other conversation). Alcohol doesn't just hurt you but it does to everybody and everything else. What do I mean? What I mean is that alcohol has a greater effect than just the body and mental health.

Because of an addiction, many consuming alcohol are dependent on it and because of its effects mentally, you can become very hostile to family members, friends, and anybody really (there are many stories from friends of parents who are addicted to alcohol.) Because of the effects on your brain, you have horrible judgement + hostility (many other effects like impaired memory, slurred speech, being less balanced occur) so there is a chance that you could do something illegal and not even remember. i.e. destroying property. The costs of alcohol yearly are not worth it. Alcohol is a source of empty calories, so it isn't a good idea to consume if you plan to stay fit.

In my opinion, alcohol isn't worth the trouble and harm.
