  Meditation, body awareness and self respect

  Somewhere in nature, with an own well with clean water,
  a lake or at the sea to improve diving, woods nearby.

• My proudest accomplishments

  Without any question, my two children 🙂

• Childhood pleasures

  Laughing ... and listening to adults (when they felt comfortable in good company)

• Cities and countries I have visited

  In my first three decades I enjoyed the sea and width of landscapes.
  With my parents I visited some European countries.
  After school I explored some states of America on my own and later with my husband.

  I went also to Croatia a few times, to learn about Apnoea and Meditation.

• Something uncommon about me

  Although I often panic in water I reached the lamp
  fastened to the rope down at 18 and 1/2 meter.

  with just one deep breath.

• I'm excited about...

  ...eliciting a smile and a deep breath.
  For me as a physiotherapist that is the real payment.
  Here on PPG I don`t see a smile
  but I had some really intense conversations
  where I could sense such an atmosphere of trust.
  I am looking forward to having more of these exchanges.
