Yes, ultimately everything can be described in terms of positive
or negative motivation.
Smiling and pretending that everything is fine falls into the
category of negative motivation. After all, this does not resolve
the existing problem; instead, it intensifies and becomes
increasingly serious.
Pointing out to someone that their wheel bolts are loose may
interrupt the start of a long-awaited journey. Ultimately, however,
this does fall into the category of positive motivation — because
the warning can prevent something worse from happening.

You’re absolutely right!
The ability to think through complex processes cannot be equated
with awareness. From this perspective, it is easy to understand
why I refuse to describe our current way of life as ‘functioning’.
In a world where more than a billion people are languishing in slums,
whilst a handful of others own 99 per cent of the wealth WITHOUT
doing even the slightest thing to improve the situation, this must be
described as ‘beyond functioning’.

...talking, putting oneself in the spotlight – with the focus primarily
on one’s own career. All of this is understandable, and is, after all,

YES, the experience of linear processes is fascinating but not as
important as those trapped in Relative-States-of-Consciousness
assume. It’s a bit like the Earth’s movement. Only when someone
experiences it authentically will they let go of their intellectual
Concepts and Beliefs about it.
The Sun, too, is merely one centre, and it moves around the
central axis of the galaxy. We are travelling through space on
the Earth at a combined speed of just under 1,000,000 km/h.
We are generally completely unaware of this, and linearity is
excellent for the entertainment value that earthly life offer....

People often act as though we should help everyone achieve
independent awareness as quickly as possible. In doing so,
they completely overlook the fact that this could, under
certain circumstances, have catastrophic consequences.
After all, you cannot simply connect a light bulb that
works perfectly at 6 volts to a 240-volt mains supply.
