The body absolutely needs oxygen. But whether it is truly healthy is revealed by the way the heart beats and in the brief moment between inhaling and exhaling.
"No one can claim to be enjoying life, if it ultimately leads to illness.... "
All sorts of things happen to us as we go through life. Many people believe that the most important ‘events’ are predetermined and cannot be significantly altered.
What we can do, however, is decide how we ultimately deal with these events. Passively resigning oneself to fate is almost always a pathological behaviour and creates a further fate that is almost impossible to influence.
The fact that we today simply do things as we see fit, without giving them a second thought or making any effort to learn from them, is certainly commonplace, but it is precisely this that creates the world as we experience it.
Even those who have already learnt that things can turn out quite differently prefer to put their own self-interest first. We, and no one else, are creating the conditions for the catastrophe that lies ahead.
Maybe it’s just a matter of rewriting the basic definitions? I was probably born this way; perhaps that’s exactly why I had to experience all the life situations I face today in an authentic way. Or maybe I was just super-naive? Ultimately, it doesn’t matter.
Every time I’ve been confronted with selfishness in the outside world, I have learned something. I simply don’t presume to know better than the universe, and I trust in the wisdom that nature reveals at every moment.
> If YOU really want to learn something, it is not enough to read my lines. YOU have to embrace and live the essence.... 🙂
Yes, ... LIFE is about experiences -- YOUR Experiences.
Selfishness does not seem to me to be particularly helpful, if only for practical reasons. Symbiosis has given rise to higher forms of life and generates strength with the least amount of effort. Our bodies are a perfect example of this.
Another one is Fermentation of Vegi's in Glasses....
This neuronal functions are working even when we get old. Provided, of course, that mobile phones, Wi-Fi & Co haven’t completely ruined us and we eat in a way appropriate to our nature.
WAR, my Dear, is the natural answer to destroy spreading chaos
No two ears are alike. All fingerprints are different, and there are many other levels of observation where this is also evident.
Modern science describes some of these levels, but serves primarily its own interests. From the perspective of higher States of Consciousness, it is one of the greatest barriers to real understanding what life is and who we humans are.
For example, it cannot credibly explain how the human circulatory system, why structured water is so helpful or our solar system works. Not even the simplest calculations add up. WHY...?
We try to justify our old belief-system. We simple ignore many new facts....
The worst thing, however, research is geared more towards maintaining the economic system than towards seeking deeper understanding. So, what can we expect...?
The world we see before our eyes reflects our expectations, is simple an illusion, it does not 'exist', is just a tiny fraction, of what is real.
Yet the tide is turning, and transcendental 'insight' is increasingly coming to the fore. We are now entering the Age of Enlightenment, as the world’s greatest teachers reveal to us.
This states once and for all that the individual does NOT have to be sacrificed for the sake of enlightenment. Rather, the aim is to bring them into a state where they do not lose their awareness of the source -- consciousness.
This is arguably the most profound transformation that humankind has ever undertaken.
If you want to create something beautiful in our world, there is one thing you need to realise:
If you get off lightly with your efforts, you are one of the lucky ones.
Horror stories, on the other hand, are popular and sell them- selves. BUT --- isn’t it more sensible to learn from the horrors of the past and create a bright and liveable future?
Thank you very much for the inspiration to transcend the past....
The truth is quite simple, yet very complex. With regard to the fact that there is a great deal of superficiality in the world, I personally see the outcome as follows:
The moment the masses realise that they would have been better off living with a little more depth is the very moment when it will already be too late.
The question is: Why can human beings be influenced and dominated by superficiality, unconsciousness, and ignorance so easily, but not by spirituality and awareness?
Isn't transcendence the eternal essence of our being? So, why doesn't it prevail?
Even if it was a decision made of one’s own accord — it is a cruel way to live, to believe that one is entitled to pass judgement, to think one can understand a person’s motives without even engaging with them, and to waste one’s life in such an unfortunate way.
