The situation in the world is becoming increasingly tense.
Even those who have been practising meditation for many years
are finding it difficult to maintain their practice. Here is an oppor-
tunity to do something to bring harmony to the world.
Anyone who would like to can join in:
Every day, we will spend two 3 to 5-minute periods in silence. This can
be done by lying on your back, simply closing your eyes, or meditating.
Just breath a little deeper into the lower part of your belly.
To enhance the effect, we can coordinate the times.
At 5.30 am Berlin Time and in the evening at 7.30 pm Berlin Time.
Find the time at your place, so that we all do it simultane ... π
We can surly share our experiences her, what makes it easier to go on
