& BITTER________
The SELF has a wonderful sweet taste. When we love or
'are-in-love', we look straight into our own self. Refined
sugar is sweet too, but no substitute for it! Far too often
we try to avoid 'bitter'.
Work and decision-making take place
in the liver and
gallbladder. To cope with food and life, we need lots
of bitter substances,... for protection, digestion.
Nature is Wise: Wild-honey is always bittersweet....😋😛

...as I understand it today, life is something like an ocean. You’re only
truly part of it, truly incarnated, once you leave the shallows – and
naturally, that will bring with it intense experiences.
Like the ocean, life can be incredibly gentle and lovely... but quite
honestly, that really isn’t the be-all and end-all. Perhaps we are
here to learn and to realise, that we must experience EVERYTHING?
How, for example, can you understand someone who has lost a
loved one if you only ever engage with what is supposedly beautiful?
I see where the ship takes me; sometimes that is on rough waters, sometimes on calm waters.

We are told that the ego must be transcended. Reality, of course,
looks
quite different. No matter where we look, everywhere we
see imbalances
created by the ego(maniac). Perhaps it is time for
a somewhat more nuanced
perspective? Must one not at least
‘have’ something first -- in order to
transcend it?
On the other hand... even if you succeed in inflating your ego,
infecting others with it, and perhaps manage to build a small
empire, you will always remain nothing more than a tiny grain
of sand,
capable only of controlling a small stretch of sandy
beach.
When
you have realised your true self, you will recognise that
the entire
universe is your body and is sustained by love and
compassion.
LOVE and LIGHT

...we 'too often' believe that we need ‘this’ or must first achieve
‘that’... in order to be truly happy. With this mindset, we spend
our lives in a railway station or an airport... without ever
experiencing anything else in the region.
However, I love railway stations and airports. Watching people is,
form tim eto time, better than most films. Sometimes, absolutely
brilliant conversations develop. Why? Well, in such places, time is
usually very limited, and if the people involved get on quite well,
reservations are viewed differently or are set aside.
For me, PPG is a bit like an airport, and I simply follow my instinct.
I have also found a little spot where 'travellers' do indeed come to
seek me out... yes, there are some brilliant exchanges too.
In real live or here ... the moment is what counts.

All causes of illness lie deep within or in the unconscious. It is there
in the subtlest realms of the intellect, that decisions about life and
death are made. A healer who does not inhabit these realms is of
little help and a patient who fears death can hardly be healed.

You know, deep down, you haven’t the faintest idea what the person
you are talking to is on about? Well, instead of spending all your time
trying to cover this up with all sorts of ‘information’ and ‘arguments’,
you could simply pause for a moment. If, on top of that, you manage
to open yourself up to an aspect of life that was previously completely
unknown to you, you’ll create a very favourable framework for growth.

examine your own viewpoints and convictions.
The box is made of yew wood and the lid was crafted from small pieces of
end grain. Normally, we saw a tree trunk lengthways. However, it is also
possible to use the cross-section, which reveals the tree’s growth rings.
This naturally produces completely different patterns.
This forum was created when I didn't have access to the Internet. Now I saw it and I'd like to say this box had been made very carefully, "thoughtfully" and beautifully.
It indeed indicates the "great deal of skill, experience, patience and a willingness to transform".
