Sooner or later, we all find ourselves in a predicament and don't really know
how we got there. At first, we may be overcome by fear or despair. Perhaps
we blame others and make up some obscure story. None of that changes
much in our lives.
The important thing is that we cannot blame anyone else or even complain
if we do not take ourselves by the scruff-of-the-neck and consciously put
ourselves in a better situation.

much easier to see every transgression in the other person. This

It's perfectly okay to behave foolishly and feel that way at times.
This has nothing to do with behaving like an 'Jerk' in interpersonal
encounters, hurting people or being dis-respectful. We should
make a very clear distinction between these two categories.
