to haunt you, sooner or later. No one can successfully repress
experiences forever. Psychotherapy? Yes, of course. A skilled
therapist can be very helpful. He or she helps the person
concerned to CONFRONT the repressed experiences.
>> However, the person concerned must do the healing themselves.
If this does not happen, every relationship, whether romantic or
professional, will suffer. What do I recommend? Well, Meditation
is the Number-One-Tool for removing experiences from the past
from the nervous system...

Sometimes, I believe just the opposite, some matters are too much troubling, to be left alone, some we can walk away from, sure. Some we can not, and then you need to stay and fight. With love. With hate. Without either. With violence. With aggression. Without either. Though, I mostly try not get into a situation. But if I'm there, I don't back down, not until it literally matters next to nothing, but if even in slightest it does, I fight, with whatever means!

...in Germany, we have a word: 'verrΓΌckt'. It means that someone
is not acting normally ... is crazy. He or she is no longer behaving
in the way that society defines as normal.
Another image f.e. is, that you line up eleven bottles of French
Bordeaux and the twelfth bottle is no longer in line. The bottle
and its contents are one and the same, but its position in the
room is different ... ver-rΓΌckt from all the others.
Well, if you place the 'renegade' bottle behind or in front of
all the others in this image, you will understand why being
ver-rΓΌckt (crazy) also has its good aspects.
None of the eleven bottles can see the labels and therefore
do not know whether they are high-quality, organic wines or
just cheap plonk.
But of course... you should also try the 'Bordeaux' above all
else... so that you can join in the (self-aware) conversation.
