All those who really want to find out something about themselves and
are driven by longing will stumble sooner or later. The standard life of
most people consists of sneaking around all obstacles. If they succeed,
they see themselves as 'successful' -- a matter of perspective.

My task, in this regard, is to set up 'hurdles or traps' that confront the
person concerned with themselves or their suppressed fears -- all in a
safe environment & setting. The willingness of the person concerned
is the decisive factor here.

How does it feel for me to live? Phew, ... that's a pretty big one, but
I'll try: Imagine you still wish endless things to do and if you mess
up, a whole bunch of good people will go down the drain. Add to
that the fact that you're drifting on a raft in the middle of the
ocean. No water, no food, no sun protection....

AND YET: I am very much alive and happy too (not always).

...pretending that something has not happened, will come back
to haunt you, sooner or later. No one can successfully repress
experiences forever. Psychotherapy? Yes, of course. A skilled
therapist can be very helpful. He or she helps the person
concerned to CONFRONT the repressed experiences.

>> However, the person concerned must do the healing themselves.

If this does not happen, every relationship, whether romantic or
professional, will suffer. What do I recommend? Well, Meditation
is the Number-One-Tool for removing experiences from the past
from the nervous system...
