(And I had also choosen a phrase): Tener mala leche "To have bad milk" We use it to describe someone who is in a bad mood, comparing the person temperament to sour milk.

It really isnt that long to us. Finnish words are in awerage really long. And Its exreamly rare to find foreingers even If they live here to speak good Finnish so I would think they find it hard. And for natives pronaunsiation is easy.

Is this really a word ??

Is this really a word ??

Im also curious what it means!!! 😃 What do you think it means @Wolkenpaule if you have to gues it? 🙄🙄 Maybe a dish or food?

Probably it is a composite substantiv. Like Traffic-light-cleaner or Airplane-detergent-seller or something...

Ok when i read what you wrote i was first like 🙄🙄 but now i understand with the examples!!! So maybe the Finnish word means: automatic-sock-change-machine or alarm-snooze-and-let-me-sleep-button!! 😊😊😇

You get it !! Now we are waiting for the solution of the (finnish) riddle....

Maybe @Torakka or perhaps also @Borboletagirl can tell what that word means!! 🙂

Lentokonesuihkuturbiiniapumekaanikkoaliupseerioppilas means Airplane jet turbine engine auxiliary mechanic non-commissioned officer student. So its never used its just a fun word to confuse foreingers

Torakka knew it. Happy Independence Day to her tomorrow

Confusing has worked I would say. There is no word with that meaning in german but when I put together the single nouns it would say:

Flugzeughilfstriebwerksmechanikerlehrling

or similar....

Torakka knew it. Happy Independence Day to her tomorrow

Happy independence day to you too!!

Hyvää itsenäisyyspäivää sullekkin!!
