@Yue_
You are right. It is not easy for a german to understand dutch. But at least I understand a lot if I read dutch. Not every single word but the meaning basically yes. There is a dutch word ("het") which sense I don`t really get, because it it often used in different contexts. Maybe you can help out....
I can help with it bc it is super easy. 🙂 Ok so "het" means "the" in English. So for "the" normally you say "de" but sometimes "het". In German it is a LOTTTTTTT more difficult bc you have to write der des dem den (male) die der der die (female) das des dem das (it) and die der den die (multiple) if i dont make a mistake!!! 😛 😛 BUTTTT when exactly you use which one is VERYYY difficult. At least that is what we think in the WHOLEEE class!!!!!!!
So still abt "het": it can also be used for "it". So if you say can you give it, you can say: kun je het aangeven. So "het" means the same as "it". SOOO what you need to do is look if after "het" comes a noun and if yes it is like "the" and if there is not a noun it means normally "it". 🙂
I hope that is not super confusing!!!!! 😛 😛

At least some or is COMPLETELY different everything?
