Hi Yue,
when I go to a museum I prepare for it at home.
I look where the most interest is for me.
In the museum I normally go straight to my favorite topic
and look which art work catches me most.
Then I can sit or stand there for more than half an hour.
Even watching other visitors how they look at the works
is interesting for me and last but not least I percieve
the atmoshere of the museum, the specific room and
try to percieve the time and circumstances which lead
to the making of the art work.
To experience the Exhibitions of Michael here on PPG
was and is very "enlightning" to me.

Hiiii @Fleurke and Christine @H_E_A_R_T!! ππ I like how u describe how u watch EVERYTHING abt the art in the museum. For me i normally want to watch what i like and sometimes i dont know really WHY i like it and sometimes i know it. And if my mom does not rush it a lot i like some time so u feel calm and that you think abt not too many other things and just watch what u like and maybe that u try think why you do like it. π
ANDDDD today it is WORLD ART DAY 2026!!!!!

Thnxx @Fleurke!!! π₯°π₯° Can i ask what did ur grandmother paint? And i like u said Van Gogh!! For me i think know between maybe Leonardo da Vinci and Claude Monet. We got a LOTTTT from them both in art history class so that wud be really special and cool! π
No, my grandmother bought the painting. She didn't paint it herself. It's sunflowers in a vase. I can look at this painting for hours.Do you like the art classes? @Yue_
That is really cool!!! es it is actually not art class but art history but it is a lot more than i expected but it is my second extra subject and i want to keep it. Bc u get not only abt different art styles and forms but also abt the lives of artists and history of THATTT time and how it was like and influences and almost everything. But it also goes really fast!!!!

YESSS true and ALSO French Polynesia. What do u like of his paintings @Dracula?? I like the colours that is not super darkish and grey like for example work of picasso but it is colourful in a nice way (so NOTTT too much) and it really tells a story about how it is to live there. But i do think that he should not paint people who live there completely naked because he should have protected them for it. But the other paintings also show how the normally wear clothes and what it is to live there and some things he does NOT paint but u can think of it in that place. So he gives like clues BUTTT he does not tell everything in the paintings. I hope it makes sense what i write and that it is not super weird!!!! π
