But i think if it is just like a joke or challenge i think that is not nice. But he is quieter than most persons but he is not even in my class and i dont know him very well. Just only for example when you see each other in the hall or if you get your bike. So that is why i dont know what he wants really, but i think that he is not person for making dares or jokes about it. But i am not 100% sure or if he wants even a REAL date. But for friendship only that can be nice perhaps but i dont even know what he talks about and what he likes. 🙄🙄

Hey! I've got them last year, at the end of the summer 😫 Right before we went to a festival! I cried on the floor, bc I saw my mom having them before, and she hated it too. Now, I'm pretty ok. Some people have them really bad, but I'm pretty ok with it. A tip: use the app 'Flo'! It might help, and when you use it for the first time u might think u have to pay for it, but you don't have to! You just have to update your period and that's it 🌸

For the girlies who don't know it yet: there are PERIOD PANTIES! They work so food istg. I use them alot! And another tip: you might get irritated and getting mad really fast, so let your friends and parents (and siblings if u want to) that you're on your period, so they know that if you get mad or irritated really fast, that you can't help it!

Can i ask everybody: do you sometimes also feel dizzy? I have that sometimes EVENNN if you eat and drink normally. But one time i had it that you feel like your arms and hand tintle en your head weighs like 100 kilos at least it feels like that. What i do now is eat fruits bc they have sugar in it and it gives you healthy energy but when i ask my friends they dont have a lot of dizziness. But if anybody from you has the same i think that it is important to look what you eat and what your diet is. 🙄🙄

I don't know, my period hasn't come yet, but if I don't eat for a long time, I start to get dizzy and have a headache and I have to quickly eat something like candy or chocolates, and then eat normal food.. 🥲
