Hello girls! 🤗

Everyone here is 12 or more, so I don't think it's scary that I'm writing this in a public place 😝

There's nothing to embarrass in my period (which I propose to talk about). It's a natural process 😚🤭

How do you feel about them? Personally, they haven't started for me yet... I think it's very interesting 😝

And what do you think about this, and what do you advise me when they start?

We can also talk about other teenage topics. 🩸🌸😚Write, who is interested 💖

This forum is only for girls who are 12-16 years old 😆

I don‘t really have advices to say, but you‘re so lucky you don‘t have them yet, i got them with 11 or 10 i think but they don‘t really bother me unless i have cramps

Convulsion? But I think my period is very interesting... why do you think I'm lucky?

Because you could have really bad cramps (maybe only because i don‘t have them too often either) and i think it‘s a bit uncomfortable and annoying sometimes..but maybe it‘s just my opinion

Hello! @Kotyaka2023 😊✨

There’s nothing to be ashamed of when talking about periods because it’s a completely normal thing that happens to every girl! ❤️ It’s also very healthy and important since it helps the body get rid of toxins and other things.

Unfortunately my period comes with headaches, dizziness, and stomach cramps, which is the hardest part for me😣 But i take painkillers and drink a lot of water and that helps me a lot! However i never hate it because it’s such an important process, i got my first period when i was 14, and when it happens for the first time there will be hormonal and body shape changes, but don’t worry or stress about it! 😊

My advice is to walk, drink plenty of water, and never neverrrr stress out! ❌😰 Don’t do what i do because mine is still irregular due to my anxiety and stress😞

I am not super comfortable to write about it too much on the forum. But i have some tips: drinking herbal teas help. It can make the body calmer and less stressy and it helps if you loose blood. And i have a mini warm cushion. So you can put it in an electric plug and it becomes warm and you can use it for your belly or also your lower back. That really helps too.

Thank you so much))) I'm sure I'll find it useful later 😝

Periods are sometimes painful, and when they're not they're still uncomfortable. Also they make me depressed, there's only one week of the month that I'm feeling fine, so that sucks.

For tips, I don't know if they will all work because every period works differently, but I can tell what helps ME feel better and if you ever think you need to do the same well at least you'll be aware (:

1- When I'm really sick and everything hurts, it all goes away when I throw up and then sleep. You need to do both though, or else it doesn't work unfortunately ):

2- I've seen on the internet that eating chocolate or ice cream helps with the pain. It does, but only while you're eating, and when you stop it all comes back (I'm not sure if it comes back worse or if it's just because my body doesn't want it to be back). I don't know if it's just me, you can try it if you want, but I don't suggest it because it's really not fun.

3- Like @Yue_ said, warm things are great. Wether it's food or objects, even if it won't make a miracle, it'll help you feel a bit better.

4- This one is a bit dark, and also not very common, so you can just to ignore it or skip it altogether if you don't think it's your case. If you get suicidal thoughts, just tell yourself to wait a week. Usually it leaves with the period, even if you stay sad. I don't really know what else to say about this to make it seem less awkward, I actually didn't even want to write this part. But I feel like it's a good tip to know just in case you happen to be one of the few people like that.

I can't think of anything else at the moment, maybe I'll write again later if I remember other things.

I got it at 10 and i get incredibly hurtful cramps once i almost had to go to the hospital. I always take pain killers and they help

Wow! Thank you very much! Everything is so detailed! Haha, well, I definitely won't have thoughts of suicide 😅. And so thank you very much! When they start, I'll definitely try it! 😝🥺🩷❤️
