Hello everybody! 🙋‍♀️ This is the Christmas forum!! 🎅🎅🫎 You can post anything you want about Christmas like funny pictures of Father Christmas or your Christmas tree or questions or comments or ANYTHING you like (even if you dont celebrate it of course)!!

I have four questions and i hope others like replying what they think:

1️⃣ You have to cook Christmas dinner for ONE person (for example a person you ❤️ or a friend you lost perhaps contact with or a member from PPG or a famous person). Who would you choose and what would you cook? 🙂 You cant order take away so you really have to cook it (even if you cant yet make the dish)! 😛

2️⃣ Do you wear funny Christmas sweaters or socks or do you wear very nice looking outfits when you celebrate the Christmas days with family or friends? And if you don't celebrate it with others: what WOULD you wear if you are invited at a PPG Christmas Day? 😛

3️⃣ There is miscletoe!!! 🌿 Would you kiss somebody (for example your partner or secret person you 🥰 or PPG member or somebody else)? You dont have to tell the name if you dont want that! 🫣🫣🤭🤭

4️⃣ If you don't yet celebrate Christmas, do you think it would be fun to start with that? 🎄🎄🌲✨✨🌲🌲💫🌲

➡️ Do you have a real Christmas tree or one that you can use each year? And if you DON'T have a Christmas tree, which one would you like the most? And what do you decorate it with? Anything or for example candies only or only lights or other special decorations? 🙂

Err for the first question i‘d just cook for my family, and i guess soup is always good so maybe a vegetable soup? And for 2 i never wear any Christmas sweaters or stuff like that just outfits that look a bit more better or fancy than usual, and i wouldn’t kiss anyone because i don’t have anyone to :,) i don’t have a crush or a boyfriend so i wouldn’t know who lolll

Ah well either a vegetable soup or like a meat soup (idk the name for it in english but it‘s a soup with rice, meat, vegetables and stuff like that), well, usually i just celebrate on christmas evening with my mum, dad, grandma and half sister, or my uncle and aunt, we always have a real christmas tree 🙂
What about you Yue? Do you celebrate Christmas? If you do, how would you answer the questions yourself? 😃

oh and for the question what we decorate it with, we just buy like a set of ornaments to hang on, just in a different colour, or some special stuff like sleighs, or animals as those ornaments etc… but i really liked what we had last year! We decorated our tree with blue ornaments and we had some that were shaped and looked like owls! That was cute so it was probably my favourite way we decorated it

1️⃣ There are many persons i'd like to cook something to, for Christmas, but i think i would cook something for my family, because i've always celebrated this festivity in family... and, since i can't cook complicated dishes, i would probably cook lasagna, hopefully i wouldn't make a disaster!

2️⃣ No, i don't. I like Christmas sweaters and stuff, but i also like to wear more comfortable, so i prefer to use other clothes.

3️⃣ Sure, why not? But only if it would be a person i like, and who likes me, otherwise i think a kiss on the cheek would be okay the same, to any other person.

4️⃣ I'm very happy to celebrate it.

1/I would choose someone but won't say the name hihi I would get a Chinese takeaway from a large menu. I am a talker and can talk to people for hours. Real deep conversations with humor too hhh so this Chinese rice table is perfect for that.2/we don't celebrate Christmas but I do have stockings with reindeer Rudolf on them I love Rudolf the reindeer hhhh as well that song then plays everywhere you enter 3/under the miscletoe I would take the same person from the 1st question. but I would turn red, yes, even if I am 48 years old, I still get shy hhhh. 4/ So we don't celebrate Christmas, but I really like it because everything is beautifully decorated. people are busy putting together a menu and buying gifts. I wish those who celebrate it a lot of fun and a nice pleasant time with your loved ones and family

1️⃣ If i can only cook for ONE person i would cook for a very nice person who is homeless and he is a lot at the Central Station in Amsterdam. My mom talked to him one time and he is very friendly but also homeless. I dont know often what to say but he is never aggressive to persons but he helps people if they need to find the way or other things.

2️⃣ We dont wear funny outfits but if we get for example my uncle and aunt for dinner we normally dress normal but with Christmas everybody wears nice clothes like my dad a suit and my mom and dress and my aunt too.

3️⃣ I would not mind kiss anybody on the cheek but the rest i dont tell.

And about the extra question: we do get a REAL christmas tree because for my dad he says it must smell like a christmas tree and not plastic!! 🎄🎄🌲🌲 😛 😛 But we decorate it with lights and my mom and I do small lints in it that you can make a bow each time. And it is best to do that in white because it is nicer with the christmas lights! 😃

1) Probably just for my family (Parents & brother) and I'd make either fried rice, Spaghetto Bolognese or a vegetable soup (these are the 3 dishes I usually always make, my mom says I should try something else for a change lol)

2) Well, I just celebrate with my parents & brother so I just dress as I usually do at home, comfortable. If I'd celebrate with anybody else I'd probably try something either more Christmas-like or/and fancy tho.

3) I wouldn't kiss anybody

4) I do, so can't answer this 🙂

5) We have a real one, but this year none because my parents try to spend less money haha (Not too mad about it, honestly. It just always makes the floor dirty with needles and takes up space... Only positive thing is the vibes)

1️⃣I would choose someone close to me who I haven't been in touch with for a while, like an old friend I miss.

I will cook a special meal that I like, such as grilled fish with sauteed vegetables and rice, because it is delicious and I love preparing it.

2️⃣I think I'll wear something really elegant when celebrating with family or friends, maybe a pretty red or gold dress to match the Christmas vibe.

If I'm invited to Christmas Day at PPG, I'll choose something special too, maybe something stylish with a touch of fun, like Christmas stockings.

3️⃣Actually!!, this is a bit of an embarrassing question! 🫢🫣

But if I was under the mistletoe, I think I would think of someone I like very much... and I might not tell him directly, but I would certainly be happy with that situation!

4️⃣Yes, I think it would be a lot of fun! I like the idea of ​​warm atmosphere, gifts, and happy moments with family or friends🎄🎁🎊.

Im sorry to disappoint u on this but we dont celebrate christmas in iran🙃 our new year starts at the first day of spring🌸🌺🌹and is totally different than yours. But for Christmas i just like to eat one of elfs😁

Why do you think this is disappointing? If anything it's nice other countries have their own customs and traditions, that's what this very forum is about! For instance I recently learned that you guys' weekends aren't Saturday/Sunday but Thursday/Friday if I'm not mistaken
