Cioccolato fondente ๐Ÿคฉ

I translated it!! That means dark chocolate! ๐Ÿ˜›

And @Mulanyyy I asked one of my friends and she said what i meant was baklava. But is that the same as lokum? ๐Ÿ™„๐Ÿ™„ Both are the small bites right?

okay u meant smthg like baklava but LOKUM is yummy too and the others are a bit village style but okay Halka tatlisi; agllatan pasta, tulumba tatlisi, ALL BAKLAVA AND SWEETS!

Which one is your favourite of all the baklava and lokum? Like THE BEST? ๐Ÿ˜ƒ

Do you maybe prefer mint tea? It is very different but it is also nice! ๐Ÿ˜›

@Etienne, @Pennarossa2024, @Simone724, @Lianshen and @mabah do you like snacks? And healthy snacks or sweet snacks!! I think @H_E_A_R_T maybe the most healthy snacks! ๐Ÿ™‚

The snacks I take are usually "second breakfast", which consist of a hot chocolate and eventually baguette with salted butter. Recently though, I ate fuet as snack and it just disappeared too fast.

Haha yes ! We talked about this yesterday ๐Ÿ˜„๐Ÿ˜„

Because I have diabetes, I can't eat as many sweets as I would like. But I do like good old Snickers and the peanut-flavoured protein bars.

A friend of mine had it too

A friend of mine had it too
Luckily I don't have to inject insulin, but it's not pleasant. But the medicines are really good today.

My sis too but it might be she needs to she is only 26 but has a SHIT FรœCKING Illness
I am sorry for that...yes thats really bad. Do you know if it is Typ I oder Typ II?

The type where she doesnt need an Infusion but maybe she lรถ have soone some if her blood sigar will het higher
So you have to inject with type I in any case. With type II you only have to inject when the pancreas is no longer functioning at all or only insufficiently. But type I is really bad. It's more of an autoimmune disease than a metabolic disease...really really bad.

Deah i know now but my sis also has other illnesses so yeah
Thats real bad...All the best for her recovery. I hope that she will get better.

@mabah I hope that for you it always stays the less bad diabetes and that you never need the insulin and @Mulanyyy I hope the same for your sister!!! ๐Ÿ™๐Ÿ™

So you have to be very careful with sugar snacks, but maybe some healthy snacks are a good idea and also very nice. If we can help you with nice ideas we can also do that in this forum!! Just let us know if maybe we can help. ๐Ÿ˜Š๐Ÿ˜Šโค๏ธ

What is also nice is for example you get 4 small bowls and you can do one for fruits like strawberries or green grapes and the other you can use for carrot sticks or mini cucumbers and tomatoes because it is a nice combination and it looks very nice. And in the last you can do peanuts or walnuts. @mabah and @Mulanyyy that is also a good idea for Marcus and the sister of mulanyyy. Healthy and tasty and also it looks nice AND you get good energy.

And if @Simone724 comes to visit you from Italy you need another bowl with mini chocolates! ๐Ÿ˜›

As esmanur said, turkish sweets taste WONDERFUL!!!
But i wanna tell you about persian sweets๐Ÿ˜
Halvฤ : khoozestan, definitely my favorite!!!
Bฤghlavฤ:yazd
Gaz๐Ÿ˜‹๐Ÿ˜‹๐Ÿ˜‹๐Ÿคค: Isfahan
Sohฤn: ghom
Kฤk: kermanshah
We MOSTLY dont eat them as normal sweets in TEHRAN , we use western sweets, mostly people at my age do. One reason is because baking those traditional sweets is hard, so thats why those are wayyy more expensive than others, especially high quality ones. Anyway, i dont prefer sweets at all, they are unhealthy, really unhealthy.๐Ÿ™‚
oh I forgot smthg Helva (thx parsa) HELVA IS SOO GOOD!

I love Helva as well ! ๐Ÿ˜‹
So we do eat Baklava and Helva from Iran to Turkey to Algeria ๐Ÿคฉ Thatโ€™s absolutely crazy and amazing how some of our cultures are so closely related !
