Pen pale or dating ?? Всякая всячина

pen pal site but if you send to most of them they don't send back. or is that a dating site? I am confused . I like to write with everyone, it doesn't matter whether someone is old or thin or poor or lives on another continent. do people look at photos before they want to write with iemabd? I read what is written in their information and then I write to them. what is your opinion about that.

In fact, this phenomenon does not only occur on this PPG application/website, but also on platforms that are actually exist for making friends (like bottles, purp, etc). I have tried many types of similar applications, and at least only PPG which is not as bad as other platforms. on other platforms it is even worse, and more daring in its violations (its including harassing & harming people)

the essence is increasingly being eroded by people who don't want to spend a little of their money to subscribe a dating apps.

i understand, friendship can potentially lead to a romantic level, but everything needs stages, steps, with a gentle & consent-filled approach. even though I am still part of generation Z, but I realize that more and more people are lacking patience in every process of life and so expect everything to be practical. and the result is like the individuals who use Penpals as their covert dating app.

In fact, enjoy the moment is fun yet peaceful, i mean, what's the rush? Why are people in such a hurry to get a partner? Logically, we cannot use a partner as an escape from the loneliness and emptiness that we experiencing. it will only end up making the relationship toxic

I think people just have a strategie like usually in call centers:
If you contact enough people one will agree and forget the others immediately.

This logic can be applied if it is in the right place & portions, otherwise it will only create uncomfortable issues and ruin the fun.

I had a finnish penpal for almost 20 years, but I think this will never come back. Why?
Because the first half of the time was pre social media time. People told everything via mail each other and it was nice, because there wasnt this fast alternative instant messaging. The people were more patient.
And I think the romantic imagination of these times are past. People wont become more patient anymore.

I completely agree with you here, on this pen right, @Ettienne is keeping everything in the right direction. as well as your point of view, perhaps more can come of it through conversations, but as you say in steps, I had been talking to someone for a few days and suddenly I received an email saying you are online or you are certainly talking to others. then I feel like I am no one's property and then the contact is over for me

yes, i agree. that's why also in other forum, i said this PPG has a very large and great potential in creating a safe space for anyone without exception, as long as the filter and features is further emphasized.

I miss those times too. people can still talk to each other without ulterior motives and there was more empathy. Now most of them are busy with themselves
