If you do...the Brollachan will get you π¨
_______________________________________________________Details___π₯_π₯______I never Drink Alkohol.
Your intuition honours you, Yue!The 'Brollachan' is a dis-embodied being, ... a feared demon.
In the context used here, more likely the 'Spirit' ... π
Scotch Whisky ... Irish Whiskey
Scotch Whisky is not just written different ... and the Celts
started this Tradition in Irland, even many Scots go crazy
reading such a statement... π
Irish Whiskey is often distilled three times and is very often
stored in Bourbon Barrels. The barley is also often malted
in such a way that the peat smoke bypasses the seedlings,
which of course means that there are no smoky notes in
the end product...

I cant drink alcohol yet and i prefer other drinks without alcohol!! π If there is a Scotish bubble tea I come and visit her and drink that!! π What is the Brollachan? Sounds like a monster! π§π§The Brollachan ist a demon without a body.
The Brollachan ist a demon without a body.Yes, it's said that it's a son of a fuath* and that's why it has not yet acquired a shape. It looks like a dark fog/smoke with red eyes which, because it's shapeless, tries to possess people or animals.
Some say it's because it's a young demon who has not learned how to get a body...π¦Ή
*Fuath is a water spirit, living near ponds, rivers... and usually are said to have humanoid shape with green skin, although they can change their appearance too and are nose-less. Although they are water spirit, they can of course follow you in the moor if they hold on a grudge
These critters are generally to remind children not to wander alone in the moor or near water, especially at night, so be careful π

People who are possessed got darker skin tone and glowing redish eyes. It is rather described as a spirit than a demon and can even brought fortune in some contexts.*Fuath is a water spirit, living near ponds, rivers... and usually are said to have humanoid shape with green skin, although they can change their appearance too and are nose-less. Ok so with that lake of the ness monster and that other monster you mentioned I will never go close to water in Scotland like ever. The way you describe I still feel like it is real!! Of course it is not real I hope but still it sounds scary how you tell about it. π§π§π½π½ ππ¬
Ow and I read whiskey a lot in the tips! I don't drink alcohol because it smells like feet that need soap. π£π§Ό But I will tell our very lovely PPG visitor in Inverness to drink that and dance a lot like RoseeeπΉ said. She can't use ice cubes π§π§ because I will use those like a chuppa chup lolly (that is better habbit than so much alcohol). π π π

Its a legend for tourists. Like horror houses in small villages e.g. the Amityville in Pennsylvania in U.S.Nowadays, yes, but legends in the past were more practical. If you don't want your children to go to dangerous places, especially at night, then inventing a big bad wolf and other legends is probably effective. After all, if we believed in Santa Claus, there is no reason we wouldn't believe in Korriganed π

I'm pretty sure that visiting a Scottish castle said to be haunted because many people died/have been killed there can be a fruitful experience π

But why is everything in Scotland scary! π¬ The water is scary with the Ness monster and the ghost Marcus and Liansen mentioned and the castles are scary where a lot of people are killed! And earlier Mare said there is a lot of crime! Maybe because of whiskey?? Maybe the monsters in the water were normal people that drink too much whiskey and now they changed!! π§π§ββοΈπ§
