Ok so with that lake of the ness monster and that other monster you mentioned I will never go close to water in Scotland like ever. The way you describe I still feel like it is real!! Of course it is not real I hope but still it sounds scary how you tell about it. πŸ§ŒπŸ§ŒπŸ‘½πŸ‘½ πŸ™„πŸ˜¬
On the contrary! It can be very interesting to visit these places to understand how/why myths were formed. I'm pretty sure that visiting a Scottish castle said to be haunted because many people died/have been killed there can be a fruitful experience πŸ™‚

Ow and I read whiskey a lot in the tips! I don't drink alcohol because it smells like feet that need soap. πŸ‘£πŸ§Ό But I will tell our very lovely PPG visitor in Inverness to drink that and dance a lot like Roseee🌹 said. She can't use ice cubes 🧊🧊 because I will use those like a chuppa chup lolly (that is better habbit than so much alcohol). 🍭 πŸ˜› πŸ˜›
Shortbread is the best! The best cookies ever!

But why is everything in Scotland scary! 😬 The water is scary with the Ness monster and the ghost Marcus and Liansen mentioned and the castles are scary where a lot of people are killed! And earlier Mare said there is a lot of crime! Maybe because of whiskey?? Maybe the monsters in the water were normal people that drink too much whiskey and now they changed!! πŸ§ŒπŸ§›β€β™‚οΈπŸ§Ÿ

it dosen't smell that bad hahah

Do you really like alcohol Roseee? πŸŒΉπŸ™„ I think I would be drunk with one spoon of such a smelly drink and feel like πŸ‘½

I think shes Just drunk

yup i do

I think shes Just drunk
you are drunk 24/24

24/7 not 24/24

24/7 not 24/24
it can be both

THis is relative. UK is dangerous, but I'm pretty sure that Inverness is relatively safe. Like anywhere touristic, be careful with your belonging and potential scams and it should be ok... In Scotland, I guess the most touchy areas would be Glasgow, Edinburg, maybe some other big cities, but it should still be ok.

That's totally possible, you are young, you don't weight much, you are a girl and you are asian, so you might be more sensitive than other to alcohol!
Asians have some mutations that can make them feel drunk/hangover much faster than others (but it's actually a good thing, because it comes from mutations helping you to transform ethanol in molecules that are less harmful to your body).

Anyway, drinking whisky at your age might not be the wisest thing anyway..

Many thanks Lianshen!! That is good to know. So maybe in Inverness it is like most places in Europe so that is not very bad. πŸ™‚ And no worries that I drink whiskey! I prefer other drinks so I leave alcohol for the persons that like that. That is a good solution! πŸ˜‹ (Tip: πŸ§‹(bubble tea) +πŸ“(strawberry) or πŸ₯mango = πŸ₯‡ )

Thanks everybody for the nice tips!! πŸ™ When I posted the forum I think maybe we get like 2 or 3 responses including mine! πŸ˜› I got message that H...Y arrived safe in Inverness but sleeping was difficult with more snoring men on the bus. πŸšŒπŸ”ŠπŸ”Š

I hope that we hear soon from her maybe here! πŸ’β€β™€οΈ

Wow!!! I'm really touched and surprised! First I would like to thank my little panda girl. Yue, you are amazing!! Thank you very much for your forum and for thinking of me. I'm hugging you really tight! and to everyone who answered here and left tips, THANK YOU! I really appreciate that. And Chris, as a Bavarian you don't even really understand me, so it's no wonder that you have problems with the Scottish dialect (I don't have any problems here). and it's not my first time in Scotland. And i just drink Cider πŸ™‚
