👨‍🍳🧑‍🍳 PPG restaurant🫕🥘🍔

Thank you a lot eaters for your comments!! So this is what we have now as start. ⬇️⬇️⬇️

We have a restaurant that has TWO parts: a part where is like buffet with the special dishes from the menu and where is a lot of chatting and we have special room from the money of Lir_Elhan and I call that the zen eating room. 🧘‍♀️🧘 In the zen eating room there is calm zen music and master Gandalf (Lir_Elhan). 🔮🧙‍♂️ It has pictures of mountains with snow and has bonsai trees and lucky bamboo. 🌳 And Japanese tatami mats with wood tables! 🙂 You can take dishes from the buffet to the zen room if you like more calm and peace room and you can eat in the big buffet room for chatting like loud chicken!! 🐤🐥🪿

And in the restaurant EVERYBODY is welcome and also if you eat a lot or if you eat not so much. BUT we all have to help make dishes. So everybody can help put 1 or 2 dishes on the menu and one drink (BUT NOT MORE OR YOU HAVE TO DO ALL DISHES!!!!!!) We dont have a dishwasher yet. 😲😵‍💫

So rules: if you put a dish or two dishes on the menu you have to be very precise. So you can't say pizza 🍕 and tea 🫖but you have to tell what kind of pizza and tea. And we also need a name for our super cool restaurant! ❔❓

And teachers of PPG University 👩‍🎓👨‍🎓 eat for free as much as they want! 🙂 But others have as students discounts too. 📉

The aquarium is really cool!! Thank you for that!! 🙂 🙏 We have two fishes at home but they dont do a lot. 🐡🐡 BUT in the restaurant we can have like a super huge aquarium with a lot of tropical fishes like 🐠🐟🪼🦑🐙🦐🦞 But the fishes are not for food like in some restaurants. But the guests in the buffet room can look at the big aquarium! 🧐🤓🤓😎

And Emmi you have a very great dish and desert!! 👍👍😊 The dishes and of course you are VERY welcome in our cool restaurant!! 🥳🥰

And maybe a good rule: NO TAKE AWAY in the restaurant. Everybody can only eat in 1️⃣the buffet room 2️⃣ the zen room 3️⃣ maybe we can have a nice flower garden 🌺🌻🌹🌷💐 if the weather is nice ☀️🌤️ and we can place wood tables and chairs 🪑🪑 or mats for a picknick on the grass 🍃🌾

Hors-d'oeuvre :
- Charcuterie platter/board (Bayonne ham, saucisson (dry sausage), cooked ham, wild boar and rabbit pâté on bread.

Entrance :
- Pumpkin soup (with salted butter and fresh cream).

Main dish:
- Complete buckwheat flour crêpe (ham, emmental or gruyère cheese, egg)
or
- Red deer venison (black pepper sauce) with its roasted potatoes.

Child menu:
- Hachis parmentier : minced beef with very small pieces of carrots and onions mixed together with a layer of mashed potatoes above it and a crunchy topping of mixed bread crust and cheese.
(please the adults too)

Dessert:
- Chocolate mousse cake

Drink:
Depending on the main dish :
- Breton cider (buckwheat flour crêpes)
- Pinot noir Bourgogne (Deer) - red wine

Bread offered to accompany the meal or do the scarpetta, like italians says:
- Whole wheat baguette
- Buckwheat (french styled) bread (it has staste of hazelnuts).

If there are too much, delete the Hors d'oeuvres/entrance (I guess it's not so common in some countries). I don't want to do the dishes 😉
