Everyone deals with grief differently. Some needs to externalize it a lot and some can just do other stuff a week later. Some people can never really move on either. You cannot claim that, because she acts in a way that is different from your beliefs, she's lying.

Also, if you think it is a lie, then you can simply ignore it since, in this case, attention is what would the person seek for.
