Jeez, this is a tough one for me, I love cheese! I prefer cheeses on the softer side because they are easier to spread, but I like any cheese really. My top favorites are stilton, gorgonzola, bleu cheese, goat cheese, boursin (can't pronounce the name), mozzarella and Gouda.
I am also a sucker for artificial cheese sometimes 😅 you know the mac n cheese flavoring in Kraft or Cracker Barrel Mac n cheese or nacho cheese.
