Are there any left-handed people here? Anything and everything

Greetings fellow southpaws! Would you mind sharing the struggles of being a left-handed person in our right-handed world? There's only a tenth of us and it's cool to know someone with such similarities and we have only a fewer time to get together because we will live a shorter life (just kidding haha).

I'm left-handed. Easy to say now but it was not easy to be one in earlier days. In primary school, my teachers were determined to change me and tied my left hand and forced me to use right one instead. Old people are not gold always. I started to use both my hands equally but I always favored the left one. Therefore I can't tell they were mean to me. Well, just a bit maybe. 🙂

I'm left-handed too.

I am left and right -handed girl))

I’m ambidextrous, so I’m able to use both equally well.

Left hander here. I flip all of my notebooks before i start to use them. 😂 The spiral edges and hard cover spines really annoy me and its the only way I can think of fighting against the right hander’s tyranny.

Omg, my sister is left handed and I always wondered why she flips her notebooks, I could never relate 😂

Not left-handed but left-winged 🙂

I'm lucky that my teachers before never forced me to change my writing hand but I struggle if my seatmate to the left is an orthodox because we always bump elbows when writing haha. There are things where my right hand is more dominant for example, when I play drums, play basketball but my shooting hand is still my left hand. When playing badminton, my left hand is my off-hand.

I can relate to that very much! That is why I always buy notebooks sewn with yarn instead of the metal spring because it really hurts.

I also struggle with scissors because there are some that aren't for people like us.

Well i must say i'am both handed since iam 6 y.o

Technically left handed but did not realize i was being forced to use my right hand the only thing i can use my left hand to do things my right hand cant such as my coordination skills are better with my left i can catch, peel, and actually manipulate things better with my left than write. I was forced to use my right so i can only write and throw with my right i found out when i tried writing with my left once as i had in my early years i found it to be neater but awkward because my right hand was the only one i was allowed to use its very depressing that this happens it also causes discord in the state of mind it should be considered mental abuse.
