Hi, I’m a 15 year old girl; my hobbies are reading, writing, watching dramas and trying to learn new things.
I can play a bit of violin, guitar and the ukulele.
I am an expert at eating.😂
I am proud to be Asian, Kashmiri to be exact; I am proud of my heritage, so darlin’ if you’ve got anything to say about it, just don’t.
I dislike people who harm or hate others because of their race, religion, or ethnicity; it’s a disgusting trait, and if you are like that, please don’t speak to me. I myself have experienced intolerance from others simply because of my ethnicity, and honestly, to people who feel better about themselves by doing that, grow a pair and stop sucking up to others; do something with your own life, instead of dissecting the choices others make in theirs.
I want to visit China when I’m older; well to be more specific, Aksai Chin, or the Xinjiang region.
I want to visit many countries in Asia when I am older, and I want to try the foods suitable for me.
I have visited Kashmir, Switzerland, Germany, Italy, France, Belgium, Scotland, Wales, and many places in those countries. I was born and raised in the UK with my family.
Don’t judge people by their race, ethnicity or the religion they choose to follow.
Don’t do or say something that will make you lose face/honour.
Don’t forget your roots, they are the things that bind you. (The country you are from).
And most importantly, listen to your instincts; always think before you say something.
You wake up every morning to fight the same demons that left you so tired the day before, and that is bravery, so carry on fighting.
If someone makes you feel worthless, just remember that you are priceless in the eyes of others; you are perfect - everything about you is perfect: your flaws, your imperfections and your personality is what makes you perfect, in every sense of the word.
So far, I’ve gotten the gold award in the UK maths challenge, so I guess that’s something to be proud of.
Ummm, I’ve had one of my poems published in an anthology about mental health. I’m also a contracted author and I’m in the middle of completing a novel.
Staying sane in such a world.
I don’t really like watching films but I do like to watch dramas/series.
My favourite genres are fantasy, romance and books about human nature. I prefer to read books about human nature because it gives me an insight on why others behave as they do.
I also quite like reading western classics, Russian classics and East Asian classics.
I don’t have a favourite author because all books have good qualities.
The current school system is designed to enable us to work in factories as one unit, without our own individual identities.... at least that’s what I think.
I am just so tired of constantly getting attacked for the religion I decide to follow and the blood I was born with.
I mean sure I’ll feel anger - I’m not a bloomin saint; I’m human, and it hurts so much so why is it expected for me to have any other reaction?
And then I feel terribly saddened because is this what Muslims are seen as- tools used to spread hatred when that is forbidden for us?
I’m proud to be a Muslim, I’m proud that no matter where I go, whatever I face in the future, I will have my faith as a pillar to keep my back straight, my head high and my feet firm on this earth, so if you are going to say something about my religion to me, just don’t.
And this message is for the Muslims who are reading this; remember Allah is watching you, he knows what is hidden in the deepest depths of your heart, so don’t be a fake person; do not hold hatred and do not be intolerant towards those who choose a different path to you because then that makes you no different from Evil itself.
Let’s be honest, we can all play our parts in making this world a better place but the rich only stay rich when the poor stay poor.
Umm does a career without obstacles exist?
I wish people were more aware of the situations in countries like Kashmir, Syria, Palestine, Yemen, India and China (Xinjiang region), etc. Everyday, people are suffering and they have no one to support them, so if you can help in any small way, please do.
