1) If I'd willingly to to the date, I wouldn't be nervous. I only go on dates where I have a good feeling about because of knowing them already. I don't date "strangers".
2) No. I think a date should be clarified as a date. As long as it's not, I don't think it is. Otherwise people tend to have wrong expectations which can ruin the relationship between them on long term.
3) Yes, absolutely. Already have done it several times and I think it's important to be able to. I always stay respectful and thank the other one for being honest with me, because it requires a lot of courage to ask for a date.
4) Normally, I don't. If I do, something small. I think that the older I get, the more I tend to do so tho. Right now I'm in my flowers phase, so it could happen that I'd bring flowers.
5) I don't mind paying, it's traditional. What I mind tho is making a huge deal out of it and if the girl really INSISTS on the guy paying. I don't like that attitude. But if it's a chill vibe, I really don't mind to pay.
6) I'm a big fan of movie evenings or just going outside for a walk.
7) I get the thought, but no. If it's a date, I'm a big fan of keeping it private.
8) Yes, absolutely. But not on the first one. Depends on the vibe, but I tend to say that for me right now, I wouldn't do it in the first 5 dates. For things like kissing. Holdings hands or hugging is not that big of a gesture, so I'm fine with doing it earlier.

I don't have any guy friends in real life so I don't have that problem.

I guess I could bring a flower or something like that. Nothing too extravagant, just something that shows I'm making an effort for things to go well.

If a girl asks a guy on a date, she should pay (or at least split the bill) even if she's a girl because she's the one who asked. Personally, I'd feel bad if every date I went on was paid by the other person. I'm broke so I wouldn't mind, I'm just saying I'm not the only broke person in the world and it wouldn't be fair. How I see it is that the person who asked should be ready to cover the costs, no matter the gender or the amount of dates the two people have been on.

I don't know. I'd definitely tell someone where I'm going and who I'm with before going anywhere with someone, but it would be weird to go on a date with other people than the person you're going out with. Unless it's a double date or something like that.

I'm not very fond of physical touch so maybe just hold hands on the first date. And talking about feelings on the first date is kind of a red flag, especially if it's about mental health issues and trauma. It's important to know your partner's state of mind, but on a first date is often a first sign of future manipulation tactics.

But he also asked an earlier time and i was not sure if it was a date but two other persons said yes bc if somebody asks u to go to the city and hang and u dont really know each other very well than it is a date even if he does not say it like that. But i dont know yet what i have to say now so im not sure. But if i go and if it is REALLLYY a date then i think i DIEEEE before i am there or feel like a zombie. 😬😵💫😵💫😵💫

Tbh mostly in my school for example NOBODYYY says like ok do u want to go on a date? BUTTT instead they ask things like for example do u want to hang maybe after school and sometimes maybe it is more like friendly but if u ask friends they ALWAYYSS say NOOO IS A DATE!!!!! And then u can feel unsure bc u dont really know what he means. So for me that is super awkward bc OF COURSE u dont ask it because i think that would be super weird and cringe. So u just dont know but u still must say yes or no. And if i feel not comfortable or unsure then i just almost always say that i cant make it and there is something else i must do and is important and say sorry about that. But now this time i am not sure.

If I say yes, I start with the idea that I already like the person and showed repeated signs of affection. I guess I'd feel a bit unsure about how I should prepare to make it good

Usually, there is no confusion because I rarely hang out with people, let alone the ones I don't know well. I may have 2 girls I consider good mates and would do this with; and it's purely platonic. More than that, te way I kept people close to me makes it clearer overall, as I don't keep much contact with "random" people.
For the date itself, although things can be very confusing and the line can be thin (there can be a lot of subtext, attentions, etc. and people never ask ""do you want to be my girl/boyfriend":. an "I love you" though is absolutely not confusing; and signs of attachments are generally good indicators because they arrive past a certain point).
Girls interested in me generally understand that I'm inapt at picking up social cues/hints and will handle things in such a way that they will make me confess my feelings first.

No, but I said no before a date could occur. It's usually not a very agreeable moment and it's always difficult to find words that are explicit enough, yet not stabbing, especially realizing the courage it requires to confess.

No, maybe because I'm not much in the date thing to start with. I can offer something, but it will be for a special occasion, or because I felt like it; not because of the date itself.

I don't have preference. I believe the three can mix very well together actually. A hike for example can be adventurous and punctuated with funny moment, then reach a romantic peak. A romantic date can be funny or bring an adventure on its own too; and a funny activity can also open the gate to romance and its own kind of adventure.
What matters the most, in my opinion, is that we both enjoy the time we spend together and cherish the memories we are creating.
🔟 Do u have tips for other persons if they go on a date?
Don't push yourself into the "date culture". I don't believe the best relationships come from treating dating like shopping for a partner or comparing people like products in a supermarket. Take your time, find somebody nice, be yourself, and share activities that you like or, sometimes, that your partner loves.
If you get into a relationship after dating, keep dating after it too. Keep making time for shared experiences together, little adventures, breaking the routine... It shouldn't feel forced or like an effort, but something that you both enjoy. Having a partner who still tries to surprise you, spend quality time together, get interested in the things you love is incredibly valuable and, basically, what keeps the love engine on.
@Yue_ I'd say your case is probably a date since our cultures are close, ahahah. That being said, I wouldn't take it with too much pressure. You can just go without expectations, without anything in mind and check later how it was, how did you feel etc. Keep small things small !

For me the romantic atmosphere is there before the date. If there is no such atmosphere first, there is no date , only meeting.
