Hey @Yue_ that almost happend to a friend from my class they almost locked him into a locker and then the teacher came and they said the boy just was stuck while looking for smthg. And smthg similar happened to me: int he girls toilet they locked it and came to me with a big spider... then i had a panic attack and they let th spider in the room and jut looked the doo end went away....

I'm coming to your school right now ✈️💣

@Mulanyyy that is really bad!! 🙁 Did that happen long ago or more recent? I hope that they are no longer bullying you but it is really horrible. In my school you would be in my group and that would maybe be better because you would not be alone. But in my country the biggest problem is for example after school or of you are alone on a bike or walking somewhere. But in a group you are more safe and if you have friends in school you can stay together.

In fact, bullying will continue to exist in every school, office or anywhere and does not see whether it comes from the upper or lower class, from public or private schools, and it doesn't matter whether they are children or adults. In my country, the worst thing is that the victims lose their lives because of this bullying. Even for celebrity kid, there are those who become bullies. and sure enough, in every generation there will always be bullying.

But one thing I know, every child is pure like a white canvas, every attitude, thought, character of a child depends on how parents or those around them set an example, educate & discipline them. like, we cannot educate with violence, nor can we be too gentle until mistakes are accepted, that's why being a parent is not easy (It doesn't matter whether the child is already an adult or not, as long as the parents don't correct their mistakes, they won't feel wrong.)

and some of the bullies, bullying also occurs in their homes. some of them are used to seeing it in their homes, they don't realize that the act is actually not good.

and in my country, bullying is much worse for male, because well... my country is a patriarchal country, so the male tend to show their strength to each other but in a wrong way. yes, they do physical bullying (such as taking other people's rights, other people's money, making the victim a servant, etc.)

and for the female, it is more like psychological bullying (their intentions is to show who the queen, that's why some of female show their fangs to each other through their beauty. and it's stupid if anyone thinks they want attention from the male, nooo.rather it is more shown to fellow females.

that's why mostly female, at least once in his life must have involved in psychological fights especially because of love, not because of the male, but because they feel defeated by the woman chosen by the man)

yes, both male & female who did bullying, it happen to show & validate their dominance, their power, & their existence. That's why in every bullying case, the focus is always on the parents and the environment.

It's sad I know, but as long as there is no cooperation from many parties, this culture will continue to occur and will be difficult to overcome.

Thank you very much @mayuuram. In Europe also between girls they can really also get physical agressive and violent. In my case the most bullying is racism so they call things to you when you are alone on a bike or outside school. In school there are sometimes fights or other things like shouting or bullying but the worst is almost always outside school because you cant go to the director of the school. And often you dont even know them.

If you are bullied it also depends what happens so it is not always the same what you should do against it. But if people only call things to you the best is to ignore it and if they dont stop you then you can just go away. But if people are physical and agressive it is not easy what is the best to do.

Can I ask a question to @Etienne: i dont think that at PPG there is really bullying now. Was this different in the past of PPG that you really had to protect victims? For example that people threat each other in the same country? It is good that people can report if things happen easily so those people can be banned.

PS: @Mulanyyy what you said i am really sorry that that happened. For them it is maybe a prank but if you have a panic attack it can be really a trauma too.

yepp you right, that's why wherever I go, I always put on a fierce face (thanks God i blessed with rbf haha) and learn martial arts, even though I'm not the bully or the one got bullied, but it's to avoid getting involved in situations like that.

You do martial arts? Woww. I know Stitchyyy @elizabethtay836 can do martial arts too. But if i look with a fierce face i think it looks like an apple is angry maybe. So i prefer when i can to bike with another person. Only sometimes it is not possible for example if you do sports after school but normally to and from school i bike with a friend who lives here close and it is not only safer it is nicer too because you can talk in the meantime.

The good thing is I didn't really had a trauma i just hate PURELY hate the people in my class and some even from my grade... and after that happend I had started getting sleep paralysis....

I dont hate people quickly but if others really bully in that way i do hate them.

Sleep paralysis means that you cant sleep? Or that you have nightmares? 🙄🙄

yes, but im still a blue belt in taekwondo + i also learn boxing. but I'm on a vacuum because I'm busy.

it's ok yue, you don't have to follow my way cause what more matters is as long as you don't show your weak side to everyone (except close friends), things like bullying won't happen.

That is really cool that you are super dangerous!! 😛 In my country it can still be dangerous because they can wait for you or stop you with a group and they know they are stronger anyway. But in a lot of other times it may help you to defend yourself too.

What also helps if you are walking alone is to call on your phone or pretend it. Because people will not come to you super fast if you are on the phone so you are not REALLY alone. So that may also be a good tip.

yes, never trust anybody especially when u walk alone, never act like a lost sheep, but act like you bring gun inside your bag 🤣

There is bullying here too, but I've never really been bullied because it mostly starts in highschool and... I've never went.

Sure, there were some rude kids in school, but the worst that happened to me was that the person next to me in class hit me with a pencil during an exam. And honestly, it didn't really bother me and when I think back about it I find it funny, so it's not really a problem. Some other people at my school got bullied, but it wasn't highschool level and just pushing the bully on the ground or standing up to it took care of the problem for good.

I don't know if people in my country do dangerous challenges (they probably do though), I don't even know what kind of challenges people do these days. I prefer to stay away from those kind of things, so I'm not really updated on what happens.

Thank you very much @mayuuram and @Miss_Penpal for sharing!! And @mayuuram if they know what is in my bag they are NOTTT scared but i understand what you mean. But in my country you cant have that. But there is a big problem with people having knives. Like drill rappers and people who have arguments about being on the street. But that is between them but i just hope they never use it also against people who have nothing to do with that.

And @Mulanyyy can you do something with perhaps therapy to loose the sleep paralysis?

Thank you very much @psysarah15 and i know about the Blue whale challenges too. That is REALLY bad and i think people who do that must be super scared and lonely too. I dont really want to explain the challenge because of how harmful it is normally but i know of it too. That can also happen online. 🙁

I dont know if i can do something... I am just dealing with it the last time I had sleep paralysis I was ashamed to tell it but I don't have anything to be ashamed of: in my last sleep paralysis some random person or creature tried to rape me ... the problem: the day before i went sleep I ve heared that in one of the schools in Dortmund someone in my age was raped... Disgusting... While i was having this paralysis I did everything and couldnt do anything and when I woke up I accidentally punshed the wall becasue i tried to punch that creature but wasn't able to cuz i couldn't move but when I was able to move I acidentally punshed the wall... This paralysis was recently....

That is really terrible and maybe it is good NOTTT to be ashamed of it because it is not your fault but others. So if you talk with your parents or a doctor about it maybe they can help you too. Or at least you can try calm things like what @H_E_A_R_T said in her healing forum or perhaps tips from the stress free forum or anything from youtube that calms you down before you sleep. BUTTT still i would talk with a doctor. They can really help you and i know it is super scary but they dont judge you for it.

@mayuuram thank you for your comment and yes Bullies do that to others because, as you say, they are also bullied or beaten at home. They do that because they are insecure and jealous. I feel very bad for everyone who experiences this and @Yue_ yes they do that because of my freckels and because i was very shy

I was very shy and some people bothered me but only for a short time.

im truly sorry for what happened to you guys who suffers from it, i really hope the best for u all, That's why I always recommend anyone to consider seeing a psychologist or therapist, because even the smallest wound still needs to be healed in order to live life to the fullest

For everybody on PPG

conclusion bullying is never good and can have consequences in your adult life. talk about it and never be ashamed the cause is not you. Bullying can even happen when you are older, for example about your religion, your work, your clothes. In Belgium, years ago there was a gentleman who was seriously bullied sexually and was tied up with scotch, etc. He committed suicide and the management never intervened. I'm always going to help if I'm bullying, but please don't look away. there are too many people who look away and that is not good. thanks for the many stories. big hugs to everyone.

Maybe this is good to read Mulanyyy @Mulanyyy: https://www.sleepfoundation.org/parasomnias/sleep-paralysis

I googled what do to if you have sleep paralysis and found that website. I put it here so maybe it is also useful for others. 🙂
