For myself: Music, walking alone in the nature (somewhere were I'll be completely alone, stresses me if I might meet people...)

When i go outside with my dog and i hear music 🙈

Surprisingly, good coffee is the best way to relax after a busy day. And so, basically, I’m calm most of the time just because. I don’t know why this happens, but that’s the way it is. Maybe I just accepted my position and don’t really worry about it

Listening to music and doing arts. I can't explain the feeling but arts makes my mind feel at peace.

Creating something, sports and venting to loved ones. I haven’t tried archery but shooting range helps me to calm down when I’m angry so I guess it’s similar idea 🙂 I need to try this.

I clean things up. It's a healthy and useful way to deal with things, plus it doesn't cost anything (except maybe time and cleaning products)!
