Yes, no one has much trouble imagining how everything can
change from one moment to the next... when it comes to
global disasters. A Tsunami, the Twin Towers, an Atomic
Bomb and the like. However, I have met very few people
who could see the same thing in a positive light.

Perhaps, ... we should start at least considering it....?

The problem with ‘Looking Away’ and ‘Suppressing Events’ is
that the experiences remain stored in the nervous system.
As time goes on, it may seem as though we cannot remember
them … yet another, usually unintentional, lie.

In this way, we increasingly lose our objectivity. Every new
event is coloured by the past....

...Penpal Gate is, of course, a microcosm. For me personally, it is
the ‘most perfect’ one I’ve ever found. The reason is quite simply
that I receive meaningful feedback on my own actions on various
levels. I am learning to understand who I am in this moment, and
who I was in the past. This allows me to envisage my future with
a much clearer picture of myself.

“What exactly is your job? ”
"Well, I’m following my calling. "

"Okay. So, what is your calling? "
"I lead a life that is guided from the spiritual realm. We all do, but I am aware of it.
I lear to except it and people who find their way to me, learn to go through every
necessary ‘procedure’ in their own lives -- without 'anaesthesia'. "

Of course, every individual follows their own path. Generally speaking, two 'groups'
can be identified. So, the other group walks in contentment, with all the wonderful
‘benefits’ of the much-praised physical existence… until this comes to an end with
awakening. Maybe you could call me a 'Short-Cut-to-the-Inevitable....?

faces but only one head. When it overtakes us, we should
face it. Fear of fear is the greatest enemy & mistake of all.

Fear is pure and honest. We ourselves must first prove it.

Ayurveda describes three constitutional types: VATA, PITTA, KAPHA.
Put simply, these can be described as consciousness, mind and
body. Every person is born with a combination of these three in
varying proportions. It does not change over our liftime.

Lifestyle and dietary habits can also disrupt the doshas. In such
a case, for example, too much KAPHA may accumulate, leading
to inertia and lethargy. (catched-a-cold)

If someone accumulates too much VATA, this will manifest as
hyperactivity. It may then appear as though they are Hyper-
Aware, a bit like 'enlightened', but in reality this person is like
a torn leaf in the wind and all-over-the-place.

We call the birth-constitution Prakriti and it is shown in the
birth-chart-horoskop. The desturbed variation of is called,
Prakruti. If someone lives its Prakriti, happjness and peace
is the state. From Prakruti all illness ad suffering arrives.

Generally we distinguish 7 basic-types:

Vata Prakriti (air)
Pitta Prakriti (fire)
Kapha Prakriti (earth-water)
Vata Pitta Prakriti
Pitta Kapha Prakriti
Kapha Vata Prakriti
Tridosha

My type is Kapha Vata Prakriti. When I learn about my prakriti, for betterment of the self, I started changing myself to balance all three in my body. But still missing fire element in me..

That's good know from you that A German teaching Veda to Indian..

I always take dried ginger powder in my daily diet. It helped me to starve more and digest what I eat. But body's nature is to create cough and vata. But I am sure I will manage all prakriti in me, as it slowly improves the body.

I used to do panchakarma every year in March, when sun start moving up from the tropical line and summer arrives aftwr the winter.

...interpersonal relationships are far less complicated than we are
often led to believe. If someone wants to make contact, they will
find a reason to do so. If they don’t want to make contact, they
will find a thousand reasons why the other person isn’t worth it.
