'Slangenmensen are specifically trained i guess

And my 'fysiotherapeut' said if your muscles are strong(er) then its often more manageable

Do you get special help from your fysiotherapeut that he helps with making you stronger? That would be really good so you have less troubles and that you can do more things.

No Just tips

But i also do 3 sports that are for special needs people (G sport)

Yes, am an accident magnet. I have broken.... My foot, 5th lumbar, pelvis 2 times in multiple locations, Andonce in a car accident at 5 I was hit. Once a few years ago horseback riding accident. I kicked the dog's bone walking through the living room busted 2 toes. hmmmm Oh right! Almost forgot my clavicle when I was about 13 busted that too.... and one of my ribs a couple years ago. πŸ™‚

That is a LOTTTT @Wildflower-Farm!! 😳😳 I thought that i had a LOT of accidents but it is normally for me bumping into things that win from me like a table or a chair. They just keep in the same place and i have a bruise or a blue spot. When i was small i walked a lot on my toes and i had to learn to do it differently bc if you walk like that the muscles or the things between the muscles and the bones grow weird. I dont know exactly how to explain it but i had to learn to walk on your feet normally and not on your toes. BUTTT i was not the only one like that.

And dont be like this @Wildflower-Farm πŸ˜› πŸ˜›

Omggg @Sarahsalah27 how do you bite your cheek when you are eating????? 😳😳😳 If that happens a good tip: take small bites. And what helps is if you eat with chopsticks bc you normally take smaller bites. πŸ₯’πŸ₯’

Haha don’t even ask how i’m confused too! πŸ€¦β€β™€οΈπŸ˜‚ But thank youuu πŸ€—πŸ’—

yeh, it is a lot. But I survive. Oh I wasn't even counting bruises. Once I bruises terribly the whole length of my right leg. Another time it was my arse and I couldn't sit for 2 weeks. But that is just part of horseback riding. Sometimes you fall. If all you get is a bruise you thank the gods. Even when it is a terrible bruise. I once ran in to my cousin caused a black eye when I was about 4. I often have bruises all over myself and I don't even know how I got them. I am just that accident prone that at this point I don't even keep track.

You walk into things? My sister used to do that..... I learned to talk very young. She started walking very early.
I remember her not understanding that you can't walk through things. She used to try to walk through walls oblivious as to the purpose of doors. She was about 10 months old. She would walk or even run face first into them fall down and then start screaming....

Last time I broke my pelvis in 3 places I was in the hospital for 2 weeks, they had me on morphine. Then I spent the next 2 years higher than a kite on a legal herbal substance in my state because it is a pain killer and anti inflamatory and not an opiod. I was chronically just a little bit high. For literally years.
